We were using roadmap for our marketing team data in google sheet but now we are using this and it is good

Great catch-all solution you can truly use for anything!
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely Customizable: You can really do anything with Airtable. Build a database, a product roadmap, an employee portal, a spreadsheet, or make marketing communication fully automated.
Easy To Understand: They format their app like Google Sheets or Excel with way more features. Easy learning curve.
Good Support: Extremely responsive and friendly. Airtable support is always available to answer questions.
Easy Integrations: Integrated apps such as Gmail, Twilio, or custom apps via Zapier and using them are extremely easy and straightforward!

What do you dislike about the product?
Automations Do Not Capture All Use Cases: For some looping functions, you will have to use scripts if you are extracting specific data. They listened to users and know about this though, and are coming out with features to fix this!
Scripts Are Complicated: If you are an engineer scripts will take a little getting used to (such as their loop syntaxes), but you'll learn it. If you are coming in with zero programming knowledge you might be in for a hard time.

I needed a catch-all solution to automate and organize data tasks in my company. AIrtable delivered with amazing results.

The interface is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy for our team to collaborate and keep track of our projects. The versatility of the tool is impressive, with a wide array of applications and integrations that can be customized to suit our specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
ur startup was initially attracted to Airtable due to its comprehensive features. However, when our financial circumstances changed and we needed to adjust our plan, we found Airtable's support to be lacking.
While they did respond to our communications, there was a distinct lack of flexibility or understanding regarding our situation. Despite numerous attempts to negotiate and propose alternative solutions, the responses we received were rigid and dismissive of our particular circumstances.
This experience has shown us that while Airtable may be a practical tool for stable businesses, it may not be the best fit for startups that need agility and understanding from their service providers. Based on our experience, we recommend startups to carefully consider the terms of their contract and the level of customer support before choosing Airtable.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Airtable to track inventory for real estate, retail, and a customer portal. Without Airtable I'm not sure how much time I would spend each week just trying to go through everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside to Airtable is the form not being able to integrate with a payment method for me.

What do you like best about the product?
High degree of customizations. I've always been able to find good resources online for customizing my databases and creating templates. I love the continuously work to make the product better and far reaching.
What do you dislike about the product?
Starting with it can feel daunting. You need some support creating the databases that would be needed specifically for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We keep all our service databases and contacts for our company. We also use it for AP and AR record tracking.
Airtable is a highly recommended platform.

Airtable is powerful filtering, sorting, and grouping capabilities enable efficient data organization and analysis.
Complete ease of use, extremely customisable
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is extremely easy to use for a wide range of needs. Our organisation uses it every single day. I love the option to have different views such as list, kanban, filtering by columns etc. It took less than a week to integrate into our organisation which was very appealing to me. I appreciate the option to have different projects and within that, different tables.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there's anything I could fault about Airtable!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a place to easily and clearly list where different clients were at within a workflow and Airtable has been perfect for that. We have definitely saved on time since utilising Airtable. Communication has also improved.

What do you like best about the product?
The benefits of using Airtable in my profession are very clear. This is an all-purpose toolbox for data management which provides unmatched flexibility for various tasks. Managing projects is so simple because I have tailored the version to suit my needs. Surprisingly its user friendly interface is something that one would not expect from a digital tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although, it can be said that Airtable is very flexible, when it comes to specific sectors, it may be necessary to turn to some other platforms with more refined functionalities. It might not, however, be adequate for complex data modelling in accounting when there are specialized tools which are more efficient than it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My work has become much easier with airtable as I effortlessly track and report tasks. It’s narrowing the divide between spreadsheets and databases. Appreciate how it has streamlined most of my activities.
