A user friendly tool for managing data
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Airtable feels like a mix of Excel and a database. It’s easy to set up, looks clean, and makes it simple to organize projects in different views like grid or kanban.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are only on paid plans which feels limiting, and the mobile app isn’t as smooth as desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep everything organized in one place. I don’t have to juggle between spreadsheets and notes. Easy to track tasks, manage projects, and share with others, which saves time and keeps things clear.

Auto resort lines while still writing data, thus losing focus on the cell I was compiling

Improving Efficiency with Airtable AI
What do you like best about the product?
This platform makes us so powerful without even knowing much knowledge of Coding. There are no rigid templates but it can be created with just the AI tool which makes this platform very powerful and robust. The Capacity to integrate its platform is a big help while using this platform. I love the easy to login feature and user friendly Interface. The Automation feature of this platform is astounding. It will make user very effective with some learning. The pipelining is so good that there is hardly any chance that any project deadline will be missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am satisfied with its robust feature but to very effective and efficient in using this software, one must do a lot of learning. I feel that the platform is little bit slow while implementing on my browser but it is manageable. I also wish that the cost of the Platform is a little lower that the current pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Automation in this solves most of the repetitive task increasing the efficiency. The Project pipelining become much easier with the availability of the structured formats.
Airtable- simple to use and great for formatting
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn. Allows you to take Excel or .csv data and create readable, nicely formatted PDFs or Word Documents. I used it daily for several months to take short qualitative and quantitative data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licenses can be expensive and there is a need to create the template for the format you want to export the data to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable helped our nonprofits address the issue that we were collecting end user data in Excel and then needed to use those responses to make sleek, polished one-pagers in PDF. Airtable allowed us to import the Excel data, create a template and drag and drop selected fields into a new format.

I like how Airtable combines the simplicity of a spreadsheet with the power of a database. At my agency, GraphEra, we manage multiple client projects, and Airtable helps us keep everything organized, visual, and easy to track. The flexibility of customizing views, fields, and automations makes it fit perfectly with the way my creative team works.
What do you dislike about the product?
he main drawback for me is the pricing when the team grows, it feels a bit heavy for a small creative agency like GraphEra. Also, some of the advanced automation features can be a little technical, and I wish they were more beginner friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is solving our biggest challenge of keeping client projects organized and timelines transparent. Before, we had tasks scattered across emails, spreadsheets, and notes, which often led to confusion. Now, everything is in one place, making collaboration smoother, reducing miscommunication, and saving us hours each week. This efficiency allows my team at GraphEra to focus more on creative work and deliver a better experience to our clients.
Flexible Alternative to Costly Systems
What do you like best about the product?
I can build dynamic, automated workflows in Airtable that go far beyond what Excel or Google Sheets allow. It’s not just a spreadsheet; it’s a flexible system that combines databases, project management, and automation all in one place. We use the system in our daily tasks to manage leave of absence request. Customer Support is super easy to reach with questions if you have the Enterprise plan and implementation is super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Airtable allows third-party app creators to gatekeep certain features, instead of making those tools accessible to all users within the platform. All integrations aren't built the same, for example it's nearly impossible to integrate with Workday without a professional session with Airtable pros.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is helping us manage our workers compensation and leave of absence claims.
From Beginners to Advanced Users
What do you like best about the product?
AirTable can do as much or as little as you'd like. It can be a glorified Excel document or it can be a full project management system with automation and user interfaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you start to get into the more complex uses of AirTable and have multiple users, training and a general understanding is required. We also have to be weary of how people are using it, because someone could add something that breaks something else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AirTable has created one platform that multiple people with various jobs can utilize, so we're all talking together about the same project.
We also have people that are on the periphery of the organization that need access to some of the information, but not everything. With AirTable's interfaces, we can create a special view that they can access and submit information to, but not have to worry about messing up the data or automations. I can also automatically email someone via AirTable to submit new information or follow up.
Finally, I used to spend hours analyzing data and creating charts for presentation at the end of a project. With AirTable's Interfaces, the data is already in there and I can easily create a chart pulling exactly what I need.

Too many options makes using it a bit more complex. Feel like I am not fully utilising it but at the same time it requires time commitment to learn all the functions.

What do you like best about the product?
Great to for data management, reporting and dashboards, we can manage and structure our data in an easy way for all stakeholders to be able to view. Its also a great tool to use with suppliers as we can work seamlessly in the same place on various projects. Overall its fairly easy to use, implement and navigate and it integrates with pretty much everything so it can form the core of your data / reporting requirements that you use regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not the easiest platform to set-up and getting running like with all data platforms, but overall once you are up and running it is very easy to use. Sometimes its hard to get data tables integrated and talking to each other but it usually works out fine in the end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall using dozens of reporting tools means that we need a place to manage and structure the reporting data. Airtable does this and overall it helps manage campaigns and ultimately gives us ROI to the bottom line, it also provides productivity improvements for us.
