Airtable is an incredible service
What do you like best about the product?
I honestly can't believe I ever did my job without Airtable. We were apparently stuck in the stone ages 5 years ago. Airtable has unlocked an incredible amount of value for us in tracking all of our sales data, partner data, calendars, an alert system, and so on. It is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable almost does TOO much so it can be difficult to fully grasp all the things it offers. It's hard to know what you don't know essentially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main tool we use internally has major data limitations for what it can show us through the interface itself. Enter, Airtable. We can now integrate all of the data that exists, but we can't see in our internal tool directly into Airtable and voila, we can do so much with it.

Lots of Possibilities for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
The clean look and feel. Easy way to look at things differently. Has more automations than excel to help make things faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes hard to figure out. Not much else really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management, social media content calendar planning, and a wholistic marketing content calendar for all channels. It's been great to be able to see what all channels are trying to put out there and when. Are we following along the marketing roadmap. We built an entire roadmap for a channel launch in here. I've built a film and photo shoot list and story boarding in here.

Airtable makes our account organized and detailed. We have the capability of making all accounts tracked and invoiced.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were just some instances where Airtable is down and information is not available for reference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable helps us create a directory of all accounts we need including but not limited to source of information, pricing, etc..

A Great Asset for Social Media Planning
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is very useful when creating your own workplace to suit your needs. I appreciate how can start from a blank slate and build up a workplace that is tailored to you. For social media planning, I'm able to see an overview of what's to come for the following week and things I need to work on. The transition from laptop/desktop to phone is seamless as well. You're able to save pictures that you have on your Airtable account very easily for your own access on your cellphone unlike other planning apps. I use it almost every day and would be very lost without it. I also joined a customer support zoom meeting when I first joined to learn more about Airtable and found that to be very helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main dislike with Airtable would have to be the calendar overview feature. Ideally, I'd like whatever information I put on my content pipeline workplace to translate well on a calendar but it doesn't and I haven't been able to understand why that is. It would be great to create a calendar that has features like "All Day" rather than "Start" and "End" date simply because it creates confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is helping me run the social media for a small, PR business. It helps me create an overview of what I need to be working on and a good approvals system for when content needs to be approved by my manager.

Clean UI with tabular structure with different views like gallery and kanban are best

They need to add more features for dashboard creation and more advanced conditions for forms

I love the way you can organize all your data, resources and keep and organizar hub for client shared documents and material, it is my to go tool to have everything documented and organize

I would like to get more tool tips on the platform to make the best of it.

It has helpe me keep track of q lot of data in one single platform in a very organized way and with our the hassle of creating color tags or color lines like in a sheet.

What do you like best about the product?
it makes our team more efficient, it ties all bits of information to one another and it can easily automate within and from Airtable to web pages (or PDF)
What do you dislike about the product?
there are some limitations such as Record count limits and sharing access with users it gives full access, but also a limited amount of automation (basic automation)

It save our efforts by helping us in marketing and campaigning as we can track marketing efforts gather feedback and play launches all in one place.
