Powerful platform and easy to learn
What do you like best about the product?
It's a simple platform to learn. You can dip your toe in and use it in a basic way and learn as you go, increasing the scope of the bases you build as your knowlege of the features grows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Two way sync is one of the best features, allowing data to be passed between different bases. But it's limited in that you can't allow linked of records from other tables to be active links in the target base, even if both tables are synced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning large scale, multi-site rollouts with 200+ locations to be batched, allocated and scheduled. Then tracked through delivery by way of direct report uploads from field teams using simple online forms.

Airtable Ambassador!
What do you like best about the product?
Great interface, that is very intutitve! As an Operations Associate, I make sure to hone in on Airtable as a resource during new employee onboarding. I start by saying "Its Excel on steroids -- in a good way!". There are continuous updates that continue to make its functionality easy. Implentation is easy and straightforward, especially if you have an excel you want to convert. I use it everyday, and live in Airtable! They do a great job of not trying to do everything, and focusing on beefing up their core product offerings.
What do you dislike about the product?
No true downsides to Airtable! Just wished small things like folder structure was possible within workspaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data in multiple different platforms and it not all being related nor up-to-date, overcomplicated tools that require too much time and effort to learn and implement, inability to collaborate. Airtable makes it super easy to have all relevant information in one location, collaborate and share informaiton, a non-code platform, and is super easy to implement our team.
A great platform to harness all of our data
What do you like best about the product?
We have been able to get rid of a lot of relentless spreadsheets and have a meaningful repository of information
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the learning curve. Sometimes linking data is not as intuitive but that really comes down to the expertise of the user
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance. Asset tracking.
Airtable does it ALL
What do you like best about the product?
There is almost nothing you can't do with automations. I haven't thought up an action yet that it couldn't handle. They help to streamline operational tasks and even keep communication flowing. I also like that users can work in the data tables or interfaces, and that you can control access to one or the other down to the user level. This helps to ensure data integrity is maintained. I've also integrated Airtable with Jira Cloud, Gmail and Google Calendar and I am shocked at how simple it was.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interfaces are an exciting feature, but they're not quite there yet in terms of great UI/UX capabilities. Almost all of the functionality I would need exists and they are completely acceptable , but I'm unable to customize the user experience to the extent I'd like.

Airtable is enabling collaborations between teams by providing a single source of truth on campaigns and automating communications as projects progress through the campaign phases. From concept through delivery, marketing assets are tracked and moved through the workflow and between cross-functional teams with incredible ease, consistency, and transparency. This has solved a major pain point in our extremely high-volume and fast paced marketing organization.
Powerful and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration with medium to large data sets works pretty well - sharing views of a set of data instead of muddling around with filters on a spreadsheet is a clear plus. When you share a view, everyone sees the same data.
We use AirTable to be our 'single source of truth' for a series of enterprise data sets, and it has helped greatly with getting an accurate view, and visualising this to multiple stakeholder groups. In addition we use AirTable for a (simplistic) workflow management in a small team. At the moment we use import / export to and from spreadsheets, but we have started using API integrations, which should provide a more seemless data flow.
As with many tools, it probably takes a couple of iterations to get it right - it is easy to get going, to get it working, to start collaborating with people. It takes a bit more effort then to make sure the structure is actually set up correctly, maintainable and can be understood by everyone. We have a good user base now who are happy with our implementation and use it as part of their daily working.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a fair number of areas for improvements overall:
- data visualisations (graphs, in partcular progress graphs) are very rudamentary
- Native automations have quite severe restrictions when trying to run them on even just a few thousand records (eg no filtering of records facility within an automation, very short time outs)
- lookups into other tables and bases can be quite cumbersome
- security features (eg restrict certain parts of a base, or even certain tables to a reduced user base does not seem to be possible
- suggestions or feature requests from the user community don't really seem to be considered in product enhancements

We had to maintain am inventory of IT assets, user groups and stakeholders on a global basis, creating multi-dimensional bases.
Airtable Lifted Our Operations to the next level
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to integrate w/ our internal system, which makes the data flow much seamless and save us hours of manual tasks. The implementation for the integration is not the easiest but it is also not the most time-consuming so our engineer team was able to complete it within the same business day
Our team uses it every single day due to its easy to use nature and it does not require lots of technical knowledge to operate as well (except for integration works, which can be guided through the Customer Service team or the internal engineer team).

What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish Airtable has more similar capability as Excel such as hide tab and so on. Lots of folks on our teams.
The system is also very robust, which is good and bad at the same time since rollout changes can be challenging given lots of team members are not tech savvy.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tempoarily operational inefficiencies. However, we did find in the long-run; it is quite challenging to scale with Airtable due to the large datasets.
Better than Google Sheets in practically every way
What do you like best about the product?
Everything! A lot of the data I work with is words and not numbers, and Airtable outshines Google Sheets in that aspect. Also being about to open up a record to view the information, track changes and comments, is incredibly valuable. The formulas are so straightforward to make and the AI implementation makes things even easier. Plus when I've contacted customer service, they've always been able to help me with formulas and can usually help me with anything else I need. I use airtable constantly for my job and work in several different airtables daily. Lastly, the integrations/automations it has with zapier, gmail, and other apps are crucial to my role in legal operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a contract management system, we haven't found the best way to track amendments to records, but that's also not exactly what Airtable is built for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable has solved a lot of our problems in terms of tracking data and integrating systems. One benefit is the releases we send out - we have an airtable specifically dedicated to them that links them to project codes, so that other teams, like revenue, can further link them to their campaigns. Also making formulas is a breeze, especially compared to Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
Event Management Done Right!
What do you like best about the product?
X-team collaboration features with @tags for account users; seamless integration with mobile event app, capabilities for automation, and the recently released AI features which provide good summarization of long text fields. Sync's betwee various Airtable bases also allow the event management teach to build a repository and full understanding of a n event speaker's participation history. This tool has also be so easy to train colleagues to use. It is very user friendly, so implementation was simple and quick to lauch. This is also a tool I use everyday via web browser; however, the mobile app is also amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more help articles available to reference; however, ChatGPT has been a helpful resource.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
x-team collabortion, organization, creation of repository
Airtable makes data management approachable and easy
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is extremely helpful for collaborating across departments, I really love how other people can edit and maintain data bases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is the functionality of the formulas. It can be hard to get some of the information to work together, especially when there are dates or time involved.
Sometimes it can be hard to view the data as a whole, example: it was very difficult for me to view specific data sets within our larger databases

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us all collaborate no matter where people are. It makes working from home a breeze.
A do-it-all infrastructure for relational databases
What do you like best about the product?
Surprisingly stable. Never faced a ny critical issue after 4 years of high usage.
Globally well thought-out UI.
Super intuitive and powerful grid views.
