Everything Imaginable In One Package!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to use Airtable's flexible UI to achieve all of the trackable information our non-profit can use to stay lean and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the time it has taken to learn such powerful software. We are currently trying it out department by department to see how it can be implemented across the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a way to automate the tracking of Facebook ads, stay on top of projects and visualize their timelines as well as budgets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your research. Write down all the things you want to achieve out of a project management software and speak to a company professional to see if the things you want can be done with this software of it you are better of using another. Depending on the time, you could be saving or wasting a lot of it simply because this software is so powerful you really need to invest time in it in order to understand it (especially if you are native to Excel type programs).

Start up NGO
What do you like best about the product?
We choose Airtable because our NGO was looking for a project management solution. We need a systematic database with efficient customization project allocation, spreadsheets, link up abilities, organizational charting and worldwide collaboration access.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like wizards for easier set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Essentially, a one-stop team collaboration and organizational solution.
Very User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize and include extremely detailed options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't noticed anything I dislike yet. It is currently meeting all of our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The non profit I work with does have the need for a huge CRM... but we find it helpful to include more detailed information than our donor software provides. Airtable has been the perfect solution to our needs.
Airtable is the best
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for creating forms and integrating them into printable documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. If I had to complain I'd say the price, but it is pretty manageable.

We love the form creation.
Convenient in use and very helpful product
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to grow, to expand the number of columns, rows, their types, different types of sorting, different views, easy search, sharing of views and other features, make Airtable unique and powerful tool for creation of databases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that we dislike regarding the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We create databases with data about employees, manage training programs that we provide, and also we plan our events such as conferences with this tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We recommend to notice that billing connected to the workspaces, not to accounts.
Excellent software for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is great for collaboration on projects with other team members and manipulating data. We area small not-for-profit and use it to manage our donations and donors, simplifying our old process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as yet.................................

We are a small not-for-profit and so really appreciate their charity discount. We use it for managing donation requests and donor data.
Never had this much fun with a spreadsheet
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility, modern interface design, variety of fields, ease of editing complex taxonomy
What do you dislike about the product?
On trackpads, a two-finger scroll back to left side of the spreadsheet sometimes behaves like a "back swipe" in your web browser

AirTable - Organizing Project Management the way we want it!
What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
- Some blocks that provide basic features should be part of the free plan (world clock, countdown etc).
- Plus plan is a waste. I feel like the market for those needing extra data is limited. The features offered in pro are a necessity and should be included in the Plus plan.
- Page Designer needs more functionality. Basic things like editing individual column text font are not possible which again seem basic. Recommend sample-view of font adjustments.
- Non-profit, though discounted, should be offered at a lower rate. This will limit the number of users we get onto AirTable.

Utilize free trial to the maximum potential. Be careful - many of the plus/pro features are necessary to utilize as proper PM tool.
Game changer for remote teams
What do you like best about the product?
Great to have custom fields, many different view options, linking to other records. We use this to plan a festival and for our content calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more features were available with the free plan
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration with remote team members; keeps everyone on the same page. Helpful to customize field types.
Task management improvement!
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has been a great tool to help project manage in a growing department that has one of the largest project lists of the corporation with consistently shifting deadlines. Having all projects and tasks assignments in one location has help keep the entire department on track and make sure that nothing falls behind.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a strong dislike but being able to link across bases would be extremely helpful, also being able to make templated sets of items (like repetitive things for certain projects) would really help us plan things quicker and easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our nonprofit has almost doubled in size over the last few years and we have been looking for easy-to-use systems for project management, task delegation, and basic information/database sharing.
