Intuitive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to work with and understand, data is imported effortlessly. It is flexible and allows you to add a variety of data to the same base and link different bases with each other so that you can access lots of information by using only one program.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we have not found any major issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable has helped us better manage our contacts database and multiple projects.

Google Spreadsheets with Super Power
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it connects multiple sheets, and best part is you do not have to worry about the type of data being entered. It automatically detects the datatype and also supports many formats including file attachments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version is limited to 2000 records, which makes it difficult for larger data files. It is sometimes slow to respond with heavy data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for 1. Product Management, 2. Shared Team Contacts, 3. Team Details. 4. Investor CRM
Great platform for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is beautiful & intuitive. I love spreadsheets and with Airtable, I can use the versatility of spreadsheet while being able to quickly and easily generate summaries and graphs to communicate project goals and progress to teammates.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is that there is not yet a way to link across projects. It's beautiful for tracking things on an individual project basis but I feel slightly limited by not being able to see all of the tasks assigned to me and others across the many projects our team collaborates on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier collaboration, toggling between viewing data as a series of line items and then visually as a calendar, communicating project completion and goals to managers and other key stakeholders

Easy to use, very useful to reflect the deal flow for a venture capital fund
What do you dislike about the product?
often the screen is moved very slowly using the touchpad which is annoying

We manage our VC dealflow - get an overview about every startup most important information and next steps that we have to take

AirTable allows our nonprofit to integrate all of our constituent data and projects in one place. It's also great for team collaboration

There hasn't been much that we have found that we don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a platform where we can keep all of our different segments of the projects and constituent information, as well as cross-reference this material.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are several great tools in AirTable teach yourself about these tools and they will help you expand your ability to work on the platform.
Airtable is like a better, more integrated version of G suite
What do you like best about the product?
I love how helpful and organized the multiple views are -- the grid, form and kanban are most useful for our group -- and how powerful the integrations are. And, the UI is so intuitive and easy-to-understand, especially with the built-in color-coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really think of much that I dislike. The benefits have far outweighed any cons we've encountered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking key data, managing finances and donors, coordinating events -- all in all, Airtable has helped us with organizing all the information that is usually spread out in multiple places.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you work with a nonprofit/grassroots group, I strongly recommend allocating funds to a robust tool like Airtable.
"A database that looks like a spreadsheet"
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable was pretty intuitive from the get-go. It functions very much like a spreadsheet mixed with interactive editing and chatting features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version needs a lot of work. It's quite clunky and crashes easily. On both the desktop and mobile versions, it's very easy to delete cells and move things around, which might cause some panic at first. Luckily, actions are easily undone with a simple Ctrl + Z.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a freelance writer, article pitches are pretty easy to browse through and select using Airtable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Airtable is adequate for how the organization I work for uses it (small-scale task management). I'm sure there are other features that distinguish it from spreadsheets, but at the end of the day, that's how I view it: a glorified spreadsheet.
Solid Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is so simple to use and very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support could be quicker to respond, however they have always been friendly and helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this platform, we are going to track data related to our environmental education programs. Airtable has allowed us to store all of our data into one place, and even integrates with Google Forms which has been a major data collection tool for us.
Great for Team Collaborations
What do you like best about the product?
We are a small team that is split between 2 offices. This allows all of our work to be in 1 location without us physically being in 1 location. The instruction videos are also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike yet though we are very new to airtable.

I would like for the attachments to have a cleaner way of searching.

Managing projects and communicating with team members within separate projects has helped eliminate scattered conversations which has lead to improved efficiency and organization.
