Game changer
What do you like best about the product?
This takes previously time consuming reports and transforms them into simple easy to update and read reports for our accounting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The print feature needs some serious work. I’ve upgraded to use the print blocks and it doesn’t work when you need to print the entire thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reports for the office, organizing information, budgets, event lists, etc... basically anything we did in excel is now in Airtable.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to organize and work on spreadsheets across the company. Ability to create headings and sections. Ability to tag colleagues in notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it had more of a to-do task list thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to set due dates and organize items by different views.
Best free tool for Comapnies
What do you like best about the product?
I really like its layouts and simplicity for all members, you don't have to be professional on excel or any kind of programming language to manage and analyze your data, you simply have to be willing to play the data. You can integrate with other apps, I personally use it with slack for notifications and I just like it - a masterpiece! And the calendar view is another helper to follow everything on time not only by your side but my whole team to see the progressive on a calendar base.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really hard to find any bad experience about Airtable but, you may sometimes experience some slow-working if you work with really big data, and another thing is that they might increase the number of the formulas and they may have some tutorials on how-to-use formulas, because sometimes it's really hard to find some visual explanation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My overall experience is just everything perfectly working, must have!

If you want to track all your going on process perfectly, Airtable is your choice
One of the coolest software I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
I love it's flexibiltiy. I can't say it does EVERYthing I need it to do, but the more out of the box you can think, the most use you can make of it. I use it more and more as the days go on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a "email into" feature and it didn't rely so much on zapier. Conditional fields would also really help a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've found it amazing helping for analying and organizing data, as well as keeping comment amount clients organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try. it takes a learning curve, but if it's the right fit, you will LOVE all the features and flexibility it has.

Airtable has so many options to plan, strategize, and organize company ideas, project, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable can be a little confusing (because there are so many features and options) as a first time user. However, they have a lot of FAQs and how-to materials to help you.

Our marketing, development, and operations workflows are simplified now that we use Airtable. Utilizing timelines, calendars, and approvals really helps teams manage and collaborate on projects.
Love the flexibility of this tool
What do you like best about the product?
You can basically mold Airtable to be whatever you need it to be. It's really robust for a free tool, and I like how they give you multiple examples right off the bat of ways to make your workday more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because a lot of it is free-form, it takes slightly more work to learn the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for both editorial content calendar planning and project management across teams. That makes it easy for me to share what I'm working on with other department heads, as well as keep everything organized for my day-to-day tasks.
RDMS made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have relations between tables is great when trying to run analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can be a bit annoying since you need to activate each cell first before applying the action.

Creating a RDMS that is temporary for primarily data entry.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable does a good job of combining collaboration, planning and tracking features with a just-right level of guidance to help you use them. And it provides plenty of templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable does not provide for dependencies/subtasks.

Airtables provides a user-friendly hybrid spreadsheet and database.

If you're looking for a very easy to use hybrid spreadsheet and database tool to collaborate and manage work, give Airtable a try.
