Airtable is great for many uses!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can use Airtable for so many projects! I use Airtable for content calendars, blog tracking on a schedule, getting other departments to review my work, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like notifications for things when they are due. However, I haven't dug too into this product to see if that is possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for so many projects, it's great for collaboration and managing contents schedules.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are in Marketing, I highly recommend this software to manage your content projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable UI/UX is absolutely spot-on and beautiful. It has the power of a database, ease of use of a spreadsheet, flexibility of an app and user-friendliness of a game.
With the new Blocks feature, Airtable is not just an app but a platform for people to build their own apps with low-code. It is very easy to use and also there are lots of videos. They do video webinars as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable has been one of my most loved tools in a long time. It's been so long since I have liked such a product that I can't honestly see any downside in the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM for my school store. We used to track 10 spreadsheets before. Now - it's just one Airtable to rule them all!

Recommendations to others considering the product:
One of the best software out there. Check out a demo, visit their website. Get help from the incredible community if you need and setup your first base. You will never turn back.

The product and support teams are awesome. Sure, they will build great features in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
The Airtable works both on my machine and on my mobile phone. It's good that the data is synchronized, so it's reliable no care what computer you're using. The details you send over the Internet is the same irrespective of who sees it, and the simple Airtable tools make it easy to update it. It can be used to save files, create to-do lists, manage details, schedule SNS messages, create price lists, and more. I appreciate it how simple it is to access it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The costs of installing advanced features are higher. This payment arrangement may facilitate the purchasing of additional features that are too costly for the software budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Airtable to keep up with the company. I can review the notifications of other users and add them to my own tasks, so I can quickly pass them to Airtable, which lets me handle the most significant tasks of the day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Joining the Airtable Party on a regular basis ensures that you have less chances to perform tasks and spend your free time.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating a work place and project calendar is simple, particularly for those who work a lot in an organization. Beginners have a lot of social experience and all those involved in team projects can feel comfortable in the truancy. There are many opportunities for integration with other technology providers and, depending on the needs, everything can work together with other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Usually, these premium service providers tend to give up features that they know best in return for a better plan. I do not agree with the basic principles of this model, but I would like to see more companies at a higher level. The price is easily comparable to that of a high-end project management system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When you add items to the Airtable table, several features are created automatically, saving you a great deal of time without having to plan in a spreadsheet from scratch. Even if you're familiar with software-based project management systems, this is very useful for those working on team projects.

Airtable is a cost-effective solution for companies to manage projects and tasks more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is a really stable platform that helps you to do a ton without discrepancies. It does all that it takes to successfully complete projects, but retains a simple and streamlined usable and customizable interface without escaping knowledge. By contrast, you have limited freedom to build and to modify new models to suit your requirements if you're not satisfied with the models provided by the program. A program that undoubtedly improves the company's standards and execution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The greatest flexibility for an organization which, I suppose, may take a short time is helpful for a company every second.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is also used to incorporate many features seamlessly in daily activities, allowing common data, where possible, without other software, to be stored and allowing you to access information in several customized ways, like Excel and Word, which combine tablets and servers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Airtable is a recommended platform for all forms of companies. The management of the employees of the company is highly thorough, efficient and well assisted.

Project management made easy with Airtable

What do you like best about the product?
Building out a project workspace and timeline for deliverables is really easy, especially for those who wear multiple hats within an organization. The user experience for newcomers is great and provides a seamless experience for everyone involved on the team project. There are lots of integrations available with other software providers that pull everything together and communicate to the other platforms as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, freemium service providers like this tend to withhold their best features for higher end pricing plans. I don't dispute the basis of this model but I do wish more Enterprise features were available at the Plus or Pro level. The basic free features are great, but if you want more bells and whistles, the pricing can easily creep much closer to that of high end project management systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can save a lot of time from having to build a project timeline from scratch in a spreadsheet, because as you start adding an item to the airtable sheet, it automatically creates certain functions for you. It's very approachable to all who are collaborating on a team project, regardless of their familiarity with project management software systems.

Airtable offers an affordable solution for small teams, especially startups and volunteer driven organizations, to more efficiently manage their projects and tasks.

Incredibly visual way to show data in a variety of fun ways

What do you like best about the product?
I like that its pretty easy to use and has some helpful templates on different ways to use it to visualize data. There's a lot of different opportunities to use it for tracking projects, viewing data, and other use cases. Its nice that I can use it on a variety of different projects in different ways whether I need to keep track of things or understand what the data means.

I also like that it's something that I can use online versus having to download software to use. I know this how things are going these days, but worth mentioning because I can access my airtable on different devices on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as powerful compared to Excel as far as the data features. I think this will improve with time however since its still a new product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting results from surveys, capturing demographic data. We use it to see trends between different data points we collect and relating it to education, age, and other factors. We used to for our prospect tracking as well. Airtable is incredibly versatile and easy to use. I love that they have so many templates that you can view to see other ways that you can use the product. It's beautifully designed which makes it easy for others to follow along.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider using Airtable as an alternative for Excel to use for visualizing information easier.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to manage workspaces, get more licenses, delegate access. It's a nice interface and works well over the web.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only real issue is that given our limited number of licenses, I can't run this through my Accounts Payable team via an invoice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're tracking potential clients at different stages of conversation. It's been really easy to use and share with everyone on the team. Sharing out access is a breeze and it's provided some nice visuals to look at.
