Platform that give you all tool for managing projects and build marketing calendars
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is a software that will help us organize both professionally and personally under a simple and easy to use interface. This software has the inherent advantages of this type of platforms which have a well-known interface: spreadsheet. In this way, open to the personal use of the client, Airtable can adapt to its needs, since the organization is necessary in any aspect of the user, and what better than Airtable?
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately Airtable has that small defect that many good softwares overlook. It happens that, although it has good functions, a simple, organized and even attractive platform, it does not have an introduction tutorial. From the beginning I understood how the software worked, however, it took me time to know where to find certain functions that I knew I had, but I couldn't find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Airtable I can keep my events and activities at work in order in most cases, when there are many and it is necessary more than a simple application of notes and reminders. With this software you can now coordinate tasks and track them. Also, I can use it even for my personal life in household chores. Your possibilities are open to the user. Beyond the functions it can offer as an organization application, Airtable has certain features that allow it to stand out among other software that offer similar services. With Airtable we can keep our team aware of the changes that may occur when reorganizing a task, since the file is shared and viewed in real time.

Although it has an attractive interface full of icons that can give us an idea of how to use the software, the truth is that it takes a while to fully understand its functions or where to find them. My recommendation is that the software be available for personal use at the beginning, while we rely on a guide or video tutorial that shows us how to get the most out of the software before using it professionally.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is an easy to use platform for managing keeping track of all my patients records. Being a Dentist, I see a lot of patients everyday. Some of them are at the school's hospital and others are for my private clinic. Airtable provides me with multiple workspaces that arrange all my work and keep my patients record in on safe place. I love that it also provides me with a great calendar view that allows me to organize my patients schedule easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish if airtable can provide two or more different bases in the same table.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable helped our orthodontics department to work more effectively and be more productive while assigning our tasks. On a personal level airtable almost solved my issues for keeping my patients records in an online safe platform that I can access from any place and at any time using my laptop and smart phone.

What do you like best about the product?
I especially like the fact that I can keep a common register quickly and easily, and since I can keep a register of everything, I can organize my data without having to create spreadsheets or tables, which makes my work much easier. It has some very useful and interesting features to edit documents, such as the ability to add images and track the progress and purpose of tasks in the control panel. The customer service team is agile, very friendly and has agents who really understand the software and can provide the solutions you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be no need for spreadsheet companies, so you may need to adapt to more general experiences and learn how to implement this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Airtable for both of these purposes and it has helped me to organize personal and professional projects. It has made it easier for me to plan and write proposals for my week's activities and daily projects so I can work more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to share real-time edits and collaborate across internal and external teams. For example, our corporate marketing team collaborates using Airtable with our external marketing agency partner. Visualizing collectively as a group. The capability of different levels of access to different people. The tagging feature with set labels is helpful in keeping consistent, reliable data across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a paid platform that does not have a long list of integration compatibility with other tools. The billing structure did not meet our expectations perfectly but we were able to make it work due to the relatively low investment level. Training is required to get a really good understanding of the capabilities but this is also an advantage depending on how you look at it because we needed a tool that was extremely flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interactive content calendar to organize digital direct and non-direct media (advertising) plans, as well as organize and store thumbnails of advertising for easy reference across internal and external teams. We looked at Asana, Monday, Smartsheets, and Air Table - and we determined Air Table is the best solution for an interactive content calendar. We did some initial testing on the format/template to understand what fits our needs - during this process, we became more confident in Airtable because of the general flexibility and modern look.

it is very easy to use! I love the fact that every user has different view options. I was in love with Microsoft Excel for years because I used it a lot in my work and now I am using a lot AIrtable.
What do you dislike about the product?
it does not have an automatic refresh. When someone adds something you have to go manually in the base and look for it. For example if someone adds something in a file in Google drive, all the participants can see it the same second that this is added.

I love the you can attach files. It is really easy to use. I am in love with the calendar and I think that as an app it is very "happy" and positive.
