Best web based database program I've used
What do you like best about the product?
It simple and easy to use. The interface is very intuitive. I was able to pick it up was watching many tutorials online which is unlike any other database software out there. It's like Microsoft Excel on steroids, without the complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I run into a feature that costs extra money. From a user experience, is can be frustrating to run into paid tiers of features. I'd rather just pay one or pay one fee and be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We migrated from a Filemaker database to manage our asset inventory. The migration was a little work, but overall pretty painless. I'm way more efficient using Airtable than I was Filemaker.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's pretty great. I never thought I would enjoy databases as much as I did until I came across Airtable.

Easy to Use Project Organizer
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can collaborate with team members on projects is an extremely efficient way with Airtable. Being able to update project status, assign to team members, attach notes and photos and add links to Airtable has made our project production seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes about the features of Airtable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project organization has been far easier to maintain the latest version of a creative piece, and assigning tasks for projects has made collaborating a breeze. Airtable is our one-stop-shop for all things project management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Stay up to date on project lists by tagging coworkers with a task. It is easy to forget to update a project and needed items, but Airtable makes it easy to keep the ball rolling.

I have noticed that inside airtable there are a number of dialog boxes that announce other software, which when you remove one, a couple more appear, the more tabs you close, the more they manage to appear, which involves the software in a situation that can deteriorate its correct development, by containing such failure, you must empty the information in a slower way, which is not to the liking of many customers, where their time is limited, and do not have more capacity to perform their work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I transfer the information contemplated in the planning to the airtable system in order to have a solid, well-distributed view that facilitates the resolution of business problems that may manifest themselves in terms of the organization of an optimal activity reporting system that can structure a solid base to support the tasks to be performed in order to fulfill the tasks that occur in part of management and trend analysis and monitoring of work.

Airtable is a phenomenal system for handling large tasks in teams, the service is undoubtedly very powerful, offers a very manageable cost for small organizations and offers a completely intuitive interface so that anyone can integrate to use the service without any problems. The software offers task and resource management, planning, automated workflows, integration to emails, spreadsheets among many other tools that are very useful. Unlike its competitors Airtable is available for android, iPhones, Mac and Windows which is favorable for having the comfort of access from any device to work with this service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The airtable's mobile application does not offer as many usage features as the software on the computers, an important feature that the mobile application lacks is forms, which despite not being a flaw generates some annoyance to users, I am really happy with this service still needs improvement but it has been perfect for all our business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is a very helpful system for our company to manage several tasks at the same time in teams, the service being very easy for us to use allows us to give an efficient management at all times, we can from managing marketing projects, handle financial closures, production, sales and many other tasks, the software to be low cost allows high profitability for the whole company.

Airtable is a very complete project management service compared to its competitors, personally I have had the opportunity to work with several similar software and I have felt much more comfortable with Airtable, it is very easy to handle, it provides a very low cost to obtain a high profitability in all the projects that are really managed it is a software destined to shine in any business.
So many ways to make sense of complex messes

I like how many ways there are to organize information. When sorting through something that has lots of components, it's very helpful to have the ability to add different types of information and then sort that and analyze it as needed. You can also export info in a variety of forms and integrate into other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish when I organize the tables by different views that it didn't change it for everyone viewing. I also wish I could see when others are viewing it and/or what they are doing/looking at like in Google docs or other collaboration apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing and analyzing complex projects with lots of different types of info has never been easier.

I love that there is so much flexibility in this software. There is so much potential and ability to customize in a variety of ways that fit your purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit confusing trying to figure out where to start - what template is the right one to utilize and customize. Anything can be customized which is great, but sometimes you don't really know exactly what you need until you get in there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to use it as a solution anytime we've needed to store information that will be accessible by all employees. It's great to have a go-to place for a variety of lists and needs - such as an inventory gear list with barcodes, a database for our backed up files, and much more.

Make sure you take the time to explore the templates that are available, and look at all the customizable options.

I am satisfied customer of Airtable, it has added a lot value in our product development, which was obtained by carrying out the project execution in the best possible way. This is a valuable platform for us. It is equipped with spread sheet which help us to main all our data in a synchronized manner so that we can easily start from where we left. This application is designed for marketing and sales related agencies. This tools is could be purchased in various plans so I will say that is universal platform that is independent of size of the organization. It is equipped with so many templates that will further ease your work.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Airtable for almost everything. It's like my second brain. It can replace a lot of apps out there. You just have to be a little creative. It can easily replace apps like Raindrop, Zoho Books, Notion, Active Collab, Todoist and so much more I can't remember. Airtable helps me to solve the following problems:
- Manage all my references, books, tutorials, notes, bookmarks, etc in Airtable. And finding them whenever I need them is also easy.
- I do all my studies inside Airtable.
- I love doing accounting inside Airtable. I find it better than a lot of accounting software I have tried over the years.
- I track where I spent my time on various projects
- I track my diet and exercise plan in Airtable
- I have my podcast bookmarked inside Airtable where it syncs with Spotify. And I can categorize nicely inside Airtable
- And so on
