They DO NOT respond to questions about upgrading. I have submitted the form 3x and haven't heard. I'm already paying you. What does it take to speak to someone to potentially pay more?

Basic database for application

I manage most of the business with this software.
What do you like best about the product?
For the company it is important to obtain a platform that has broad support and Airtable is one of them. No type of error we have had has given us headaches and choose to stop using it, quite the contrary. It has greater functionality and quality of use compared to other software.
What do you dislike about the product?
On some occasions it was very slow to load content into the spreadsheets, but then by itself the platform continued to do a better job and allowed our employees to get a good job. I feel that they could add tools or features that simplify the work more, due to the great competition between platforms and their cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has given us a hand with all the content planning that we had in complete disaster now with Airtable and that is no problem, it is multifunctional and it seems to me that it is more efficient than Excel. Visually its platform is attractive and induces your learning.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
much easier to use, its attractive platform will make you want to learn more every day, it will give you greater management and organization with the tools it provides, without a doubt it is better in many ways. I stick with AIRTABLE.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy they are easy to fill out and straight to the point. The website is very organized and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to pay for more premium features but that is to be expected. I recently started using it for my own personal business so I don't have any other major dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to set up. It will allow me to be gathered more information with my audience and potential clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say just find the best way to use Airtable and do a trial to see if it is something you might interest in.
Helps to build a simple MVP. Great Spreadsheet alternative for not large tables

Great UI, simple and shiny. Looks great. Documents made with Airtable look amazing.

Doesn't handle large documents. No simple analytics like pivoting, etc.

We built MVP with Airtable. Instead of spending $50k and 6 months on web-development, we built simple MVP on Airtable.

Airtable, product development was simple
What do you like best about the product?
Helps you to sequentially tabulate and link everything and everything. It takes less time to test any single entry. The prototype is sufficient, to say little. Accessible and quick to grasp. Similar to Excel but also more. The graphs are also helpful you learn the curriculum. You can make multiple work area, but it can be principle components.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable sadly has the slight weakness that other decent softwares miss. It seems that doesn't have an implementation tutorial and it has good features, a easy, unified and even fashionable interface. At the beginning, I grasped how the program operated, but it took me longer to figure out where to locate those features I thought I needed, yet I couldn't figure them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By scheduling our assignments, Airtable allowed our orthodontics team to function more quickly and to be more efficient. My challenges for maintaining my patients information in an electronic secure database that I can navigate anywhere across because at any times through my desktop and mobile have almost been solved on an individual basis airtable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's massive loads of amazing highlights and it's impossible to pick the best one. This is adaptable to organize, bind, manage, change and monitor details through a wide spectrum of company territories. It's just the data base access features so it's simpler to figure out than normal repositories or pdfs.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows multiple users to collaborate as a team when consolidating information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes at the moment, except that a few future add-ins could be great.

It allows users to access relevant information in a short period of time. It is very user friendly and easy for a novice to understand.
Easy, Transparent, & Effective
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Airtable is to use. The data is well organized and helps keep me on track.

The time it takes to enter the data can be a challenge, but it's worth it in the long run.

Knowing where my projects are and what process they are in is very helpful in knowing what I need to do next.
Great for Organizing To Do's and Keeping notes on clients

I like that I can sort by label, or by other attributes. I can keep tabs on where I need to be, and what I need to do for each visit.
It is more versatile and easier to maneuver and change things around than any other project management or spreadsheet I have used, and you can't beat the free options!

I don't like the view of the phone app. ( I'm impressed there is a phone app)
There was a big learning curve, but I was able to figure out what I needed. I'm frequently finding more ways this app is useful. everything I dislike in the web app is solved by a paid subscription to the software.

I keep track of individual prospects. I can see at a glance, or by sort what needs attention.
One of the biggest benefits is being able to upload excel data, and to export back to excel.
love that I can share the table, work with a partner. even see (up to a week) recent changes, in case I made a mistake.

Flexible Platform and easy to work with
What do you like best about the product?
Very outstanding collaboration software and cloud platform. I released the speed it is working on and how users can find and retrieve data so quickly. It is based on excel and database connection in which you can easily and time to time connection store your current data
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not so much to hate with this platform except there are some terminologies I did not understand and I wanted a dictionary to terms to review these termonologies especially in the database and statistical concepts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are running many different offshore projects and we need to connect these software projects. Airtable has enabled us to view results in data set queries and provided enough workspace for all of us
More than a spreadsheet
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is an amazing product that combines the easy and reliable capabilities of a software with functional and professional tools to create a balance between users and projects. I really like how capable it is to stream and document our data in a more efficient and intuitive way than simple spreadsheets, which also get the work done but it’s not enough for our team to get to our highest potential. Airtable has different methods in which each one of us can create and assign tasks and in the process it records and stores our data which can be shared among our team, clients, and organization. I like the idea behind the “tables”, and I find them useful to have in the main page of the app, where I can see all my tasks organized by different type of projects, making it easier to get my work done. Airtable has a nice, minimalistic touch to their UI too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike, but rather I feel like there needs to be some improvements in some of the tools such as the formula functions and how they work in a multiplex context.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this with our pretty medium-sized team to organize and track projects, document tasks and workflow and overall create a space in which everyone can contribute to the creation of a new project. During my time working as a Manager, I have a lot of business projects that I have to keep track of, as well as track the employees’ tasks and make sure they’re being completed, so Airtable’s amazing flexibility to adjust to the loads of workflow is amazing and highly appreciated. I started using it as a simple management that could organize easy tasks, but I ultimately moved most of my projects there because of the simplicity and flexibility of the software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Airtable is a software that I would definitely recommend to people that carry too much tasks and want to be more organized. As in my recommendation when using the software, use the tables features as much as possible to ensure a beneficial result.
