Great for tracking almost anything
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple visualizations available - traditional table view, image-based tiles, Kanban, etc.. Great for getting different perspectives on projects. You are able to keep track of so much information, organize it, cross-reference, and share it. There is also a vast selection of templates to easily get you started on almost any type of project or initiative you can think of.
What do you dislike about the product?
With so many options, there's always the possibility of overkill, making things hard to find in the sea of information. While it's great to be able to cross-reference data from within an individual "base" I also wish you were able to do so between different bases. Without this, it causes you to have to duplicate and add on to older bases that you want to include data from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it mostly for keeping an editorial calendar. Cross-referencing tables and fields is helpful here in tracking authors, publish dates, etc. Have also used it for detailed information on prospect meetings. We are able to fill in the calendar for these meetings but also have pre- and post-meeting notes easily at hand.

You can get a real good idea of how it will work for you just by using the basic and free plans.

Intuitive spreadsheets with robust functions.
What do you like best about the product?
Functionally, Airtable is in its basic functions a Google Sheet file or perhaps Excel file. Nevertheless, it's much cleaner and much simpler for use for individuals that don't realize that they should write equations or perhaps use ABV. It's also simpler to do because there are actually fewer formulas as well as the most popular items may be accomplished very simply.

When you are able to open a thing in a particular way or even attempt to do what you usually do in Excel or perhaps Google Sheets with complicated equations, you might have a bit of difficulty with Airtable.

Airtable is so easy to use. It's clear they have really put a lot of effort into user experience. Even someone with little to no technical ability can use this software. The layout is extremely intuitive.

Nothing about the software itself. I do feel like some of the features available to Pro subscribers should also be available under the Plus plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Airtable for all of our database needs. It's so easy to share access with other employees for collaboration. Anything we used to use in Excel we are now putting on Airtable. We are even using a base to power a Chrome Extension.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Airtable has become an integral part of our business. It is very reasonably priced and the company seems to be very forward thinking and constantly adding new, useful features. We are able to provide access to employees and contractors and they are able to start using it right away without any training.
Great application for starter pack
What do you like best about the product?
I found Airtable a very convenient and useful service: good UX, free tarif plan for my needs, rich functionality. As many previous reviewers said - "Just like Excel but much more". I totally agree with this thought.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's not a drawback, but design seems strange for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I try to use Airtavle as a Saas for our sales team and integrate it with mailing list service.
Project management platform with extraordinary features
What do you like best about the product?
While working on a certain project through this software, it equips me with so many options that it I can easily attach the sticky notes for my team members so that they are properly guided. It is very easy for me to extract the data from various types of documents, especially I feel very convenient to maintain the data on the spread sheets. Further it has allowed me to further update the project working by inserting the attachment and even I can upload the pictures.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some integration limitations otherwise all features are working efficiently. In the start it was a bit difficult to use its complex kind of features but after the short span of time they become very easy and effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is very user-friendly and whenever I need to add some text; it enable me to write it in various styles which further add to the texture. Moreover its kanban board has further facilitated us. Airtable is easy to configure and generate effective reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend this tool to all other organizations which are looking for an effective project management tool. It will surely help in growing your business rapidly.

What do you like best about the product?
This product has is my professional partner to accomplishing the key tasks, it has added to me ease of work and now I feel more confident in handling any issue related to projects. Because it provides all the necessary updates regarding any project that I going on. It has helped me to join various departments of my organization so that I have the transparent idea about who is working on what. Airtable is most easy to deploy I did not face any issue right from its purchasing to its installation. It is quality built software that will add to your revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is limited to integrations with other software due to which sometimes I feel difficulty in dragging and dropping the data. Furthers due to so many options or features sometimes the mobile application do not work with same speed and I have to restart the program again which again is very inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through its mobile application I feel more convenient to stay connected with my team and easily I can update them from any part of the world. Due to my excessive traveling I needed a tool which could empower me about the transparency of data and about generating best business plan and Airtable provides me all.

I will recommend this tool for easy handling the project related to your sales and marketing. It will provide you a vast storage for the data and due to its integration with social networks like, Facebook you can also save the information in its cloud, I will recommend you to try its free trail, it is worthy to purchase.

Very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
By using Airtable, we have cut many steps out of our editing and publishing process. Great ease of access, excellent functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't used Airtable that long, and everything seems to work appropriately thusfar.

Much easier editing and publishing process for us. What used to take many steps now only takes one. Upload the document and accompanying photos to Airtable, edit and publish from there.

Nothing to dislike! The amount of what you can do with Airtable can be a little overwhelming at first, but they have great resources to help you better understand all the possibilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many! Project organization, customer information, research and data collection, forms and much more. We have realized that spreadsheets cannot support dynamic information and looks just as good as it does in Airtable.
