What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has been easy to use and onboard users who are new to the platform. The integrations have helped create reports when presenting to our Board of Directors. Beyond this, the modern aesthetic and feel make daily use enjoyable. Airtable has helped us create an HR database to help track applicants, a fundraising database, a mental health resource directory for our employees, and a directory with emergency resources for our community. We are proud of all the success we've encountered with Airtable! I recommend it to everyone for business or personal use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love more extensions provided by Airtable. The page designer is underdeveloped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We enjoy that everything is cloud-based and located in a single workspace.

Airtable Everything
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Airtable is its ability to empower teams of all skill levels to build custom solutions without needing extensive technical expertise. The platform's interconnectivity between tables, views, and automations allows for effortless collaboration and data sharing across projects and teams. The low-code/no-code nature of Airtable is a game-changer, enabling even non-technical users to model data, create workflows, and automate processes with ease. Its flexibility makes it feel like there's no challenge Airtable can't solve—whether it's project management, inventory tracking, or data visualization, Airtable consistently adapts to the needs of any organization. It's a powerful tool that democratizes access to advanced capabilities and drives innovation and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Airtable's flexibility is one of its greatest strengths, it can also pose challenges when it comes to governance and maintaining structure. Without disciplined processes in place, the freedom to build and customize can lead to inconsistencies in workflows or data management, making it harder to scale effectively. Additionally, while the platform is accessible for most users, some of the more advanced features—such as automations or complex formulas—come with a learning curve. As teams grow, managing larger data sets or implementing more granular permission controls can also become tricky. Whether these are limitations of the tool or just the nature of flexible platforms is debatable, but it requires users to be proactive in creating clear guidelines for consistency and governance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable solves key challenges in content operations, ingestion flows, and campaign management for International Partner Marketing. Its automations streamline repetitive tasks like content distribution and status updates, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency. Airtable also ensures data consistency across teams and campaigns, allowing us to easily integrate and leverage this data with other tools. This has helped us scale operations and maintain organization across international markets.
Airtable is great for displaying Salesforce information in an affordable and user friendly way
What do you like best about the product?
The basic table/spreadsheet manipulation has a low barier to entry and is a great tool for displaying information from Salesforce for people that don't need to access information directly in Salesforce. They are easily able to manipulate the data in ways that are helpful to them. The importing of Salesforce reports is simple and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having information in a table/spreadsheet come back into Salesforce required much more work so we don't use that function very much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to present data from our CRM in a way that is very appealing to our team, especially the folks that are less tech savvy.
Company Administrator Bridges Team Data
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is a user friendly data management software that automatically updates all sources when same data is utilized in so many different ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company compains about billing setup and management of team users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable makes it easy for my team to collaborate with the rest of the organization that revolves around the same data.
Airtable is my new favorite tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the options of viewing the same data in so many different ways for different users. I found Airtable easy to get started and easy to roll out to our team. I enjoyed working with the Airtable team, when needed during implementation. I use Airtable every single day, and find myself figuring out ways to integrate Airtable into almost all of my team's workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to share out certain views or interfaces with the right people - there are some roadblocks to permissions within our company. I also think it can be difficult to explain the complexity of all that Airtable can do - I started off thinking of my Airtable bases and tables as spreadsheets, and now I'm trying to change my way of thinking to use it more as a database. This also can get a bit tricky to explain to other team members or users that it is much more than just a spreadsheet and a lot of thought needs to go into the intial base setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving visibility all of our team's hard work to all the right people in an easily digested way.
Great for a number of tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is very helpful with certain tasks I need to regularly perform. The ability to link to a variety of other platforms allows me to automate a number of tasks. Another feature I use quite often is the ability to link records in multiple tables and use that link to transfer information from one table to another and between separate data sets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I wish was easier in Airtable would be the ability to share data with people who are not Airtable users with nicer interfaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily automating tasks and data transfer and populating tables with missing data that can be found in other data sets.
Airtable is where I start each day
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the ability to filter my views according to my needs and also change my views to Kanban, Calendar, Grid, etc. It really does so much.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that you have to pay per user if you want them to be able to comment, write, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is how I manage and organize every project that I have going on simultaneously. It's how I delegate tasks and let my different departments know where we are at in the process.
Goodbye word docs and excel!
What do you like best about the product?
How you can house a lot of data in an easy-to-view, sortable, categorizable way. You normally have to use spreadsheets for this purpose, but no longer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations with some of the existing funcationalities such as forms and interfaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to work, share data, and collect information cross-functionally across a large org
This platform transformed our product development process for the better.
What do you like best about the product?
It's hard to pick just one thing, but the ability to customize our bases, interfaces, and forms to meet our needs as a company (and even moreso, by department) has been a gamechanger for us. Our teams can come to us to build almost anything, and we usually can deliver an even better experience than they originally imagined.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the last year we've transitioned from primarily working in the Bases, to introducing Interfaces to most of our users. We love the additional customization and lack of clutter that comes with Interface, however there are still a few minor but crucial features from the Base grid views that are widely missed by our users and does cause some painpoints when reviewing our data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of communication has been a constant problem within our organization, but the combination of clear documentation and automated reminders and updates has minimized the amount of delayed projects and tasks across the board. In addition, the ability to automate emails and status updates and reduced the need for a significant amount of manual work for our users.
Incredibly powerful low code database that can change your organization
What do you like best about the product?
Once you get over the initial hump, Airtable is probably one of the easiest databases I've ever worked with, and I've worked with databases since dBase in the 80s. Their really good tutorials and a large community on YouTube are invaluable. This made implementing our internal CMS relatively easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a hump you have to get over, especially if you are coming from something like Trello or Monday. The switch from procedure to data first management was a bit of a hurdle but easy enough to overcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to bootsrap an internal CMS with little guidance. Once we started digging into it, we realized just how powerful and easy to use the entire system is. Once you get automation down, it makes everything from mail replies to reporting.
