Great platform for building your business operations!

  • June 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has done a ton of work to make a seamless platform to build your business needs. The data tab gives you full scope access to a relational database, in a familiar spreadsheet like interface to start. You can use it as simply or as complex as you need to. With the automations tab you can build out business processes and with the interface tab you can create full on business applications for your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer facing elements could use some improvement. Forms are the simple way of getting input from third parties but are limited in capability and logic - you need to use something along the lines of Fulfill to bridge the gap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building operational workflows on top of our data.

Airtable is incredible

What do you like best about the product?
In comparison to similar tools I thinks its learning curve is not bad. As a builder I was able to, with no experience in Airtable, click around and start building right away. There are obviously best practices and better ways to do things that you pick up as you go or learn as you research. With the new Airtable AI capabilities this is even becoming easier!

In addition to that I think that it makes the app building super intuitive and user friendly for both builder and user.

Truth be told I have found very little that I have not been able to do in Airtable. I believe the only limit is your own creativity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the limits can be annoying. If you do complex scripting inside automations, you have time and memory limits to contend with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management between multiple teams.
Education/Training data management as well as classroom attendance, scores, and some tests.
day to day production for auditors and the associated logs
used to present data dashboards based on results from other airtable bases and external data
and many more

This has radically changed some departments within my company.

Database tool that allows you to easily manage information about anything

  • June 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It has an intuitive, highly versatile, and lightweight interface. It uses simple language, intuitive color schemes, and useful icons throughout. It includes a handy selection of templates to give you even more ideas on how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't had any problems or issues. It adapts to the organization's needs. I love that it allows us to link one record to another in the same database to consolidate information, saving time and money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable offers numerous tools for filtering and sorting information. It allows us to store, share, and collaboratively edit information. It also helps us manage workflows, track and organize inventory, plan events, and much more.

Great tool

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable allows non-technical people to create complex trackers without writing code by combining the familiarity of a spreadsheet with the power of a relational database. I adore how easily I can share a read-only link with stakeholders in a matter of seconds after switching between grid, calendar, Kanban, and gallery views. We can replace half a dozen SaaS products with a single platform thanks to rich field types like attachments, linked records, lookups, roll-ups, and formulae. Every week, hours of manual changes are saved thanks to automations and the reliable API that seamlessly connects to Slack, Zapier, and Make. Even for first-time users, the interface's color-coded filters, drag-and-drop field reordering, and personal views make adoption simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price increases a lot for larger teams if you reach 1,000 records or want sophisticated automations, thus the generous free tier quickly fills up. On bases with tens of thousands of rows, performance may slow. Although snapshot backups are available, there isn't a native point-in-time recovery for a specific table.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our dispersed spreadsheets, impromptu Trello boards, and isolated project trackers were all replaced by Airtable's single, integrated workplace. Status meetings and copy-pasting have been eliminated since real-time collaboration, automations, and relational linkages provide all stakeholders with a single source of truth.

Smooth coordination solution for creative planning

  • June 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
For me, the best aspect of Airtable is that it unites people around the projects, not only around the information. We keep track of our testing progress and internal thoughts on the project using it on the product team. The option to comment, assign jobs, and add media files has turned Slack into a team workspace. It brings together creative and practical work in a good way. We also use Slack and Drive so that our updates are always updated in the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable’s way of dealing with discussions can be challenging. It can be hard to read through the comments, especially when the project is busy. In some cases, feedback gets overlooked or is not brought up. The app also seems to have few features, and that can be annoying when we need it while traveling or working at events. It has caused delays on a few occasions and forced us to use email once more to stay on the same page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was common for us to feel confused about when content should be delivered, mainly when working with different teams. Airtable brought about a change in that area. It allows us to know who’s handling each job and where different parts of the project are now. Having all the information in one place cut down on the usual moving back and forth. It has helped organize our work so that the whole group can work swiftly and clearly.

Easy database for Excel users

  • June 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setup for creating mock databased for product demonstrations in my line of work (Presales Consulting)
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much at this time. Its been very easy to setup and use so far. Maybe an assistant to help me find API resources would be helpful but thats minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable allows for creating very fast databases for those who may be more comfortable with excel type UIs. Adding and retrieving is very fast and easy making dummy data for my demos very easy.

I love how easy it is to build custom systems for operations, CRM, and automation without code.
What do you dislike about the product?
It gets expensive quickly when scaling to larger teams or needing advanced features.

It helps me centralize client operations, automate repetitive tasks, and scale service delivery without increasing overhead.
