Organize Everything in Your Life
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to enter/upload data and sync information across different tables into easy to digest dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any AI intergration aspects - I don't want it in anything I use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to keep track of multiple deadlines with multipe deliverables connected to each and ensure that I keep staff on track.

Great Product - Multiple Uses
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable gives you the flexibility to choose how to use it. They offer multiple plan levels at some of the best rates on the market. There are more features and funcitonality compared to similar project management tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a learning curve for automations. If an automation is not already provided, or a field can't be created using a formula, your only other option is to create a script in your automation. There isn't a lot of resources available for this, as you're expected to have prior knowledge of JavaScript.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable allows us to keep all tasks in a centralized location, and we're able to carry large workloads rather than using Excel as a database. Almost every feature available in Excel is also available in Airtable, plus additional reporting, collection, and automation features. Rather than having to use several tools to accomplish a task, all of them are available in one place.
Amazing tool, that is basically limitless
What do you like best about the product?
I can basically do anything with Airtable. You can both create a great process that works for the entire team, or create something that works for one project. It is super easy to use, with limitless potential. I use it every single day, and have I've used it at more than one company, and I've help build something for a non-profit I support. The ease of implementation is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything right now. Potentially out of the box integrations, but if you're using the tool right - I don't think these are needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us track out content with more detail than ever, ensuring that we are staying up to date. Plus, we are building amazing editorials with cross-team collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate the flexibility this platform provides in building a database that evolves alongside my team and company. The ability to easily make adjustments as we transition into new processes and collaborate across multiple departments has been invaluable. It allows us to stay adaptable and efficient, even as our needs change.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where we’d love to see more capability is in pulling true reports and having greater control over formatting. It would also be helpful to see more customization options within the interfaces, such as adjusting grid sizes and scrolling capabilities to better suit our preferences. These enhancements would make the platform even more user-friendly and adaptable to our evolving needs.

Airtable helps us track details of complicated projects all the way from contract to billing.

Airtable balances flexibility with usability. We can build the schemas we need and get the views to support our business quickly.

We end up needing middleware a touch more than we'd want. Be great to have in-program features like contract generation.

Airtable has revolutionized the way that our team holds data, share information across teams and in different offices, and has made our lives so much easier as a team!

I do wish it was a bit easier to add up columns like in Excel.

Great, functional and collaborative
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is great as a project management system, we have multiple projects occurring at any given time at my job, at least 15-20 daily, 50+ per week that we are involved in.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Airtable is so great on project management sometimes there are issues in terms of actually getting a full collaboration, not everyone in our university utilizes airtable so there are shortcomings there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and status updates. This benefits us so we know where a project is and who it is with.

Versatile System- Easy Implemenation
What do you like best about the product?
The Airtable system has allowed us to replace multiple systems in a single service. It's versatile enough to create workspaces that range from a wide range of applications. It is used daily to manage multiple forms and applications and the automation helps reduce our work time and increase our response time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is cost-prohibitive to deploy this software to multiple users. The per-user fee makes this a hard sell for a non-profit like ours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is currently helping us resolve multiple incoming forms from outward-facing individuals. It is automating tracking and response to these incoming requests.
