Great Resource Filtering, But Interface Needs Improvement

Collating resources and the filtering so you can refine exactly what it is you want to see

sometimes interface can be confusing and thingshard to find could be a good idea to incorporate an AI search function

Airtable: The Ultimate Upgrade from Excel for Streamlined Data Management
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is a form of digital table where you can store data in different type of sheet and manage all them from one software. You can also add different type of formulas to filter the data from the seat according to your personal need and save a lot of time. It is an upgraded version of Excel according to my experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable is quite difficult to manage for large set of data and if you want to manage different type of projects all together then you might need to buy it subscription plan because features of free plan is not sufficient for day to day business purpose needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are lots of rows and columns in this software and it becomes easy to line up monthly and yearly tasks. Also it help us in managing upcoming projects and makes a proper data sheet where every data related to our upcoming project can be mentioned and get edited whenever needed to make the work of our teams more resourceful

I like that it helps me stay organized by creating a centralized system for tracking my credentials and username logs. The platform keeps everything structured and easily accessible, which streamlines my workflow and ensures I never lose track of important login information.

I don't have any real dislikes about Airtable. There was a small learning curve when I first started using it, but once I got familiar with the features, it's been a great tool for staying organized

It centralizes everything into one organized system, which benefits me by improving my efficiency, eliminating the frustration of forgotten passwords or misplaced information, and allowing me to focus on my work rather than hunting for login details.

Airtable is a great tool and helps in blending the familiarity of a spreadsheet with the flexibility of database. It's allow you to choose information in a way that feels simple, but you can still build surprisingly advanced setups without needing any technical background.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that some of its more advanced features sit behind higher priced plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped in solving the biggest problem of having information scattered across different tools, file and spreadsheets. There is no need of juggling documents, lists and random notes, it helps in bringing everything in one place where it is organized and easy to update.
Great for organizing content projects

Probably my favorite platform for organizing content and keeping our "inventory" and projects on track. Easy to implement and use daily.

Nothing really, I feel like I might not be using it to its full potential though.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is a software that has multiple rows and columns and it help us in maintaining our inventories well and also handle our financial balance sheet regularly. This is a platform which handle all the database of our company in a single dashboard and work like a excel sheet for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
According to my experience airtable lacks range of formulas unlike MS Excel for compiling all the data which are being entered into its sheets during the data entry process also the analysis data is not that much detailed in comparison with google sheet and advance excel that I have used before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Also this software is integrated with a AI system that send automatic emails to our employees so that proper information can get transferred from one department to another and this help us in saving lot of time and also minimising the manual work that we earlier used to do for our business work flow optimization.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Airtable makes it easy to build something more than a vanilla spreadsheet: linking tables, choosing field types (attachments, dropdowns, checkboxes), and then visualising the data in grids, calendars, Kanban boards - it gives me flexibility without jumping into full database dev. The fact that I didn't need to code to start is a big plus: within hours I had prototypes running, collating blog ideas, app features, marketing tasks - which for a solo dev/blogger workflow matters a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the "views" and flexibility are strong, setting up a well-structured, maintainable base takes though: if you don't define conventions early (naming fields, designing relationships, orchestrating automations), the base can become messy and harder to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I now have one base where blog drafts, app feature specs, marketing assets, and tasks are all interconnected - so when a feature is delayed, I can immediately see the marketing assets affected, adjust the content calendar, and avoid last-minutes misalignments.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is among the PPM tools that I use on a daily basis. I like that it has an iOS mobile app that allows me to automatically track and manage projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have never detected any downside on my user-end when using Airtable.

Integration with Lucid (Lucidchart) allows me to seamlessly plan, track and manage the progress of projects without switching Apps.
