I've enjoyed my experience on Alida. The functionality of the platform is terrific.

The reporting feature is the best part..

We can't add outside sources to Alida...

We are efficiently sending surveys to our customers.
Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Using the platform is very intuitive. If there is any issues I have found it easy to get in touch with the Alida team, but because of the ease of use I rarely need to get in touch.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating the survey the dragging is sensitive which can delay the survey process slightly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through measuring NPS we are able to continuously assess different areas of the business and solve problems. This has benefited us to target areas that require improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
Alida is incredibly user-friendly, which makes everything else about it easier - designing surveys, introing new team members to the tool, manipulating and analyzing data, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I'd say I "dislike" about the tool are some limitations to programming capabilities (e.g. having respondents submit photos or videos)

What do you like best about the product?
Alida has excellent account management and customer support, and the platform has all of the advanced features you'd want or need.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I think to a future state of surveys, I could imagine some sort of AI technology where it learns your business and recommends questions based on what type of survey you're trying to run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to learn what our customers want and answer business questions, and Alida helps us do just that.

Helping the business come closer to our players. The time to run surveys/forums has reduced significantly.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Alida for over 8 years, at times for multiple clients It is user-friendly and flexible in how we are able to use it for both panel studies and "external" studies with other user groups and subscribers. The basic survey tool is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Alida's client feedback process is not the most transparent, and many requests seem to languish without getting addressed. In their quest for growth, I think they often ignore improving th ecore systems (surveys, IMO) in favor of other activities and platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To a large degree because ouf our ability to use it for external user stidues, Alida is a relatively cost-effective way to reach a small group of target consumers, and get regular product and industry feedback. It allows us to provide quick input to many departments, including production, ad sales and marketing.

We’ve worked with Alida since 2016 and have been pleased with the innovation and growth of the company. They really listen to their customers to make their products and services the best they can be.

What do you dislike about the product?
The company's growth has led to multiple changes in customer success managers assigned to our account, but has stabilized in the past 2 years. The AI functionality for analyzing qualitative, open-ended questions needs to be launched. This type of analysis tool has been a request of mine for many years, and noted on Alida's roadmap as well, but isn't yet operational.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are gaining valuable insights from healthcare consumers and provider partners through use of Alida SPARQ and Power Surveys, which has enabled us to hear what our customers have to say and make changes and improvements where possible. The platform is also versitile in use for 'ad hoc' surveying, in addition to the Community we've established. It also allows us to gain insights relative quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a thorough understanding of what you want to use the tool for and how you want to report results and track findings to get the most out of it.
Extremely User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to use, its so user friendly that you can get started exploring and building projects right away. If an issue does arise their customer support team is SO great! I have used both the chat support as well as calling into their hotline and both were seamless. They also have a lot of blog content that has tips and tricks as well as step by step instructions on how to implement activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I enjoy a lot about the platform, but if I had to specify one thing I dislike it would be the training on the platform could have been more interactive, but they might have updated it since then.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as a way to talk to our customers and potential customers. Its a quick and easy way to get a read on business questions as they come up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We reviewed several platforms before deciding to implement this one and it has been a great tool from day 1. The team at Alida is always looking for ways they can improve the platform and regularly ask for feedback on features wed like to see. Its a great product and a great team.
Great tool with even better support
What do you like best about the product?
I think that the decision for a software tool depends heavily on your context. For us, Alida works very well. It gives us flexibility to work in multiple languages, provides cool dashboarding, and is a user-friendly and stable environment. But something you always need, independently from your context, is great support. And the Alida team is exactly that: Great support for our team, always pro-active, and we can really count on them!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if you can call it 'dislike', but it would be even better if Alida had more possibilities outside of the panel software, for more general voice of the customer measurements. So that we can use it for everything related to CX.

We use Alida as digital customer panels to get customer insights fast and scalable. It helps us to do the right things, based on insights.
