An easy, helpful, and resourceful experience that has brought a lot of impact
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that using Alida is for the most part user friendly and makes survey development easier. I think the community aspect is great and allows our brand to connect and bring value to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know this is in the works but I would love to see that simplicity and ease brought over to data visualization. It would be great to visualize trending data specifically and the ability to include weighting that is already in survey reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alida helps us to develop and field multiple studies in a short time frame while making data analysis easier for us through reports. This helps with the speed of our output and keeps all of that work in a centralized place.
Great platform for gaining patient insights!
What do you like best about the product?
Alida is a valuable platform for gaining insight into your patients. It is intuitive and easy to use. The tool has produced many tangible results which have helped our organization incorporate data into our decision-making process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform requires a lot of upfront preparation. It is not a tool you can ideate in. Most prep work has to be done outside of the platform, such as survey, dashboards, and reporting on outcomes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many transformative initiatives at a health-system level. The platform has helped us to inform decisions with patient insights and incorporate their voice. Patients and internal stakeholders like to hear back from the results on the studies so they know how their feedback has been incorporated.

What do you like best about the product?
Alida is a user-friendly platform that enables us to provide end-to-end research services and customer insights communities for our company with an in-house team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really; I like the Alida team we work with. The help desk services are also terrific.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have dedicated communities for each of our brands enabling us to obtain insights as soon as overnight.
Great insights community provider
What do you like best about the product?
Helpful support from both customer success and technical support. Recruitment and survey mechanisms all work as expected. Product team is very invested in customers and asks for input from real customers to advance the product further.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are kinks here and there from a UX perspective. Minor functionality improvements could be added like being able to duplicate member groups, easy PV categorization, reporting features, etc. some aspects of the product are a bit cumbersome to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have a research panel that we're able to tap into for fast research is very helpful. Makes the turnaround time for research a lot quicker than sourcing participants from third party vendors.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things can break and it can be hard to get resolve. It is truly self-serve in this respect

They are currently working on streamlining/ updating their dashboards which will benefit us when it comes to quick deliverables/presentation to our clients
Customer service is pretty quick and can always get a hold of someone.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is being able to get updates on the latest trends and updates from Alida, and being included in monthly meetups. The community is pretty engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was more clear who to reach out to in order to get help in different situations. I've found it tricky sometimes to get technical support when there is a time sensitive issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alida is helping us track a unique community of patients in order to get their insights to improve our communications. It has surpassed PFAC in a lot of ways in how we can generate a lot of client feedback quickly.

Alida have been great account managers, filling us in on best practices for keeping engagement in our community high.

A noteworthy downside is that the Alida platform does not include a free, easy incentive distribution mechanism.

Alida has made conducting research significantly faster, allowing us to inform business decisions with quick-turn research.

Improve: Some features that we need with programming are missing, like customizing the width of Grid, Bi-polar question type missing etc.,

Easy to use Panel platform for customer insights
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to program the surveys and make changes in real-time that are automatically updated with external links. I use external links with stakeholders and it is nice to not have to send them new links each time changes are made.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the text analysis section of the survey reporting could be updated to automatically sort/code topics and sentiments more easily. We use another platform (Canvs) to code the open-end responses because they have a more robust AI for analysis of the open-ends, but it would be nice to do it all in one place under the Alida platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help us to leverage a panel of players to determine what concepts, campaigns, and other general factors affect their playing behavior when it comes to our products. We use those insights to provide products and services that players want most.
The community itself has proven very useful and could be excellent with a few tweaks

Simple to use report function, survey invites and the hub has some handy features
What do you dislike about the product?
Very annoying drag and drop function when scripting surveys - doesn't seem to work properly when adding in survey logic, it just flips around and ends up being added to the bottom.
