Security + concierge model = SUCCESS
What do you like best about the product?
Not only do we get high quality security coverage and reporting, but the concierge model is fantastic with teams of people helping you reach your goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little bit expensive, but worth the price to sleep better at night.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management confirmation, Security Awareness training, and network infrastructure security.

Arctic Wolf Gives Your Business Piece of Mind
What do you like best about the product?
Arctic Wolf has the best customer service. The top-notch team will help you from discussing the best setup for your business to ongoing support and then ongoing support once you are using the product. I love knowing security professionals are proactively monitoring our network. The user education piece just takes the service over the top. After all, end users are the first line of defense for a secure network.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know this will sound cliche, but I have no dislikes in two years of working with Arctic Wolf. I've been amazed that Arctic Wolf has maintained the same service level while growing its business scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Arctic Wolf solves three significant problems for us. First, they monitor our network for intrusions and abnormal access. Second, they track patches and vulnerabilities so that we can patch or mitigate any known security risks. Last, they provide end-user education about what to watch for to improve cybersecurity.
Top quality service from the staff and the product
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of ArcticWolf is that their are many experts on standby for whatever situation you are going through. They understand the urgency of your situation and will white glove you all the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
No bias here -I have no complaints or dislikes about Arctic. If I could make a recommendation, I do think log searching should be included by default and should not be a feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Arctic Wolf provides alerting on all of our security tools, saving us a headache of hunting down and giving us the info we need or point us toward the right direction.
Our Silent Partner
What do you like best about the product?
We consider Arctic Wolf our silent partner. We send a tremendous amount of data to them to analyze and report back only the actionable items. We depend on them daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
We get detailed weekly reports and would like that detail on a monthly cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Arctic Wolf solves our staffing shortage and provides us with an up to date Cybersecurity knowledge and presence.

What do you like best about the product?
Their always available to be of assistance when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything. Arctic Wolf does a great job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to alert the company of any security tickets that arise.
Great Product, Great Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Arctic Wolf provides valuable insights into our IT vulnerabilities and their staff is incredibly helpful, insightful and friendly to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any issues or bad experiences with AW. They've always been responsive to our needs, especially when there were active risks to address!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AW is providing insight into our IT exposure, recommendations on how to resolve and following up to ensure items are addressed to avoid risks
A high level of trust
What do you like best about the product?
The cloud integration has been a life-saver repeatedly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not necessarily a downside. It's more of a wish. In addition to the big providers they integrate with, I wish AW integrated with some industry specific vendors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a nutshell, it's visibility and staffing. We cannot afford the type of security team necessary to do what they do for us.
Arctic Wolf Security Review
What do you like best about the product?
Finding security holes and correcting the issue. I also appreciate the continuous monitoring of the logs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a significant time commitment to resolve the issues. I also wish that the agent supported the VDI environment. But I know that is coming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said earlier, the logs are constantly being monitored.
Triage team are always ready to help
What do you like best about the product?
The triage team. The time taken to respond is wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I do not see what to dislike since we have joined

Incident respond time has been a major help.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the cloud sensor integration that works with our Office 365 environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
We ran into an instance of high-bandwidth use on a backup cellular internet connection, but we were able to solve it with firewall rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product gives us insight/reports about traffic/events in our environment. The reporting shows information we probably wouldn't have otherwise. It is a nice additional layer to other security products we have.
