It also has great functionality to self-host the platform without any hassle. It has a very simple and easy to understand user interface. The security feature of this tool is very good and reliable. It allows the creation of graphs and reports easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
In this tool, many options are available, which can be confusing to understand at first because very little documentation is provided. The cost of this tool is a little bit higher than its alternatives. This tool takes a lot of time to get installed on your machine and sometimes it also gets crashed while working.

SugarCRM is a very good tool and it helped us in making perfect reports and analytics of the data in very little time which usually took more than 4 days to complete. It has really improved the efficiency of the team.

It is quite easy to use and manage. Analytics are also provided for free. It is time-saving and extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Otherwise it is worth buying except for the confusing structure and features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this software for managing and designing emails and landing pages and meeting and keeping in check with our customer sales requirements.
Sugar Market is well refined and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Sugar Market is best in terms of email marketing, email designing, and landing pages. Reporting is also robust and easy to use. It has helped us in lead management in a very efficient and time-saving manner. Customer service is also awe-inspiring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall it is good. But at the same time, it is complex too. Email builder 2 has also some issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for the management and tracking of our marketing campaigns. Tracking has been much more accessible now. It also helps us organize and schedule email marketing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. But remember, it has too many features. So Initially, do no try too many features. Recommended.
Not just would recommend, HAVE recommended!
What do you like best about the product?
SugarMarket is easy to use for designing emails and landing pages. It also serves as our limited CRM and the customer data management side is easy to understand. Reporting is robust and again, easy to use. We haven't needed customer service very often, but when we have, everyone has been super responsive and helpful. I feel like a known customer, not a number.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are not yet taking full advantage of the power of the platform, specifically lead scoring. Which is not even a thing to dislike about Sugar; we just haven't found the time to think through this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are increasing our owned customer list, engagement with our biggest fans, segmenting of our growing list, management of landing pages and forms and customer data. We have significantly increased our touchpoints since we switched to SugarMarket and engagement has gone up as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In addition to being excellent to use on a daily basis, SugarMarket was the best implementation I have personally experienced. The roadmap was clearly defined for us so it was easy to plan which users needed to attend each session. All sessions were recorded and quickly made available to us so we could follow along again at our own pace.
Complex, Not Intuitive, Difficult to Use and Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
Advanced analytics are included in the platform at no additional cost. They have a feature that allows you to format the first name field inserted into emails. It allows you to preview emails in different email clients
What do you dislike about the product?
Sugar Market pricing is based upon the size of your database vs. the number of contacts you email each month. There are too many email/template creation options and they are not clearly labeled. Sugar has pieced together an old legacy system with a new system, which creates confusion and impacts usability. If you go to Create>Template>Email, you are creating a template with the legacy email builder and it cannot be accessed later for use in a Nurture 2.0. If you create a template using email builder 2.0, you can never delete or edit the template once you save it as a template. It will clutter your system forever. If you create an email template with email builder 2.0, you do not have the option to allow sales to use that template within the CRM iframe. You can only edit emails created in email builder 2.0 via code if you add the code widget, and then you can only work with code. There is no email signature widget. You cannot upload a suppression list because of a defect that has been documented since December 1, 2020 and has not been fixed as of April 15, 2021. Until the defect is fixed, you need to individually enter each email domain you'd like to suppress. To email a list you have to create a report that requires training to understand. The more I use Sugar Market, the more issues I run into. Overall, Sugar Market is complex and not intuitive. For me, any benefits of Sugar Market do not come close to making up for how difficult the system is to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far, I have not seen any benefits.
Sugar Market is a reliable and great marketing automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
It offers unified incorporation for email advertising records and empowers single mailshots or developed drip campaigns. The incorporation is very innovative and growing constantly. Our team really like the user-friendliness of this tool. Moreover, it is easy to use in building and linking the campaigns. We additionally like the training process on joining. The support team of Sugar Market is also very cooperative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team don’t like how a few things appear to be disorganized such as the lists, campaigns, and so on are spread out. Moreover, this tool is still in its developmental phases, thus, there are many great opportunities to get better. Navigation can require sometime to become accustomed to, and keeping in mind that it grows on you, taking new clients onboard requires some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sugar Market is a SugarCRM's leading advertising automation tool that presents you a superior quality perspective of your client experience. This tool changes how average sized advertising companies contact their target audience and measure accomplishment all through the purchaser venture. Very Helpful Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Sugar Market enables us to market to our prospects/customers. We have a form on our site to capture prospect info. We get informed if a prospect returns to the site. Prospects can send us requests for info. We can market to prospects and customers as large or targeted groups. And it sends lead info to our instance of Salesforce.com so we can track their activity further... from prospect to customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a powerful tool, so it is a bit complex and it can be a little hard to know/remember how to use all of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing prospect lead info, responding to requests for info, marketing to prospects, tracking them to becoming customers, staying in touch with customers, up-selling/penetrating into other business units.
Sugar Market is a great add on for Sugar CRM.
What do you like best about the product?
Sugar Market is a great add on for Sugar CRM, it provides seamless integration for e-mail marketing lists and enables single mailshots or advanced drip campaigns. While Sugar Market was not natively written for Sugar CRM, integration is quite advanced and improving all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all of the terminologies between the two systems is perfectly aligned, but it is getting better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sugar Market allows us to ensure we are reaching our customer base regularly and we are able to segment our customers on various categories very quickly for targeted campaigns.
Satisfied Customer
What do you like best about the product?
The training, UX, template creation is very easy to use for any marketer. You don't need code background. Everything is WYSIWYG.
What do you dislike about the product?
This biggest disconnect is not having the emails in the campaign folder. You have to create the individual emails for each campaign separately and then link them in a higher level campaign folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating a way to capture leads, nurture leads, score them and hand to sales when qualified. This system will take the place of constant contact for us. It is also giving us the ability to post, listen and monitor our social media accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do you research! There are a number of systems out there. Ensure the ones you look at fit your business need and will allow growth/scalability. This is why SugarMarket was the clear choice for us. The entire experience has been a pleasure and I look forward to getting the system implemented so we can have data at our fingertips.
Promising Platform For Sugar But Room For Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It offers great potential for Sugar CRM integration since it's owned by Sugar. Many of the automation platforms don't offer great integration with Sugar CRM, or some features are only available for Sales Force.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it offers a lot of potential for better integration a lot of that is not there yet. For example, custom module integration. The setup and initial launch has been a little buggy, but the support has been good and I think we're getting some of the issues resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sugar Market handles all of our outbound emails. Plus we are integrating more and more nurture campaigns that have worked really well so far. Lead scores have been super helpful in the past for our sales team and we almost have that up and working.
