Nice platform to update the website
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can easily search all the pages and it is easy to publish changes. I use it daily and it has never crashed. Whenever I have an issue, it is also very easy to get help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it is hard to look for images because when you search the name it does not always appear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
contentstack helps me update the website. It gives me a lot of flexibility to make changes.

Efficiency and Flexibility in Content Management
What do you like best about the product?
What impresses me the most about Contentstack is its intuitive and highly customizable interface. The ease of creating and managing content collaboratively is exceptional. Additionally, it's API-first approach allows seamless integration with others systems and provides a truly flexible and efficient development experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
While my overall experience with Contentstack is very positive, I would like to see improvements in the area of documentation and technical support. Sometimes, finding specific resources or resolving issues can take longer than desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentstack is playing a pivotal role in managing content across our entire non-logged-in environment, as well as handling all the content for our various blogs. By centralizing content management through Contentstack, we've achieved significant efficiencies in content creation, editing, and distribution processes.
With Contentstack, we've been able to manage a diverse range of content types seamlessly, from articles and blog posts to multimedia assets and product information.

Really user friendly platform for beginners.
What do you like best about the product?
It is user-friendly and easier to keep track of the changes and I like the custom plugin feature.
Easy to implement in the workflow as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the "branches feature" come out soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Headless structure makes it easy to use and implement
Decent CMS
What do you like best about the product?
- It's flexible and does most of what we need it to do
What do you dislike about the product?
- It's not necessarily a dislike but if you're coming from a 'page based' CMS like Wordpress the way you build pages might take a while to understand
- There's no page tree/foldering system so it's hard to understand site architechture, although this seems to be a limitation of all headless systems
- Customer support is ok, but not amazing

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- It's a CMS, so it allows us to publish content on our site/app etc without going through developers
Probably has lots of great features, but as an end user, it has some aspects that drive me crazy.
What do you like best about the product?
Seems powerful and modern.
Does what you tell it to do.
I don't know but there are probably lots of features that can be implemented.
Can't comment on customer support as I don't have access to that.
Despite all the annoying issues I am fond of it.

What do you dislike about the product?
As an end user, it's hard to find features and customise workflows.
Why isn't it possible to organise files by name/date/other quality? It drives me insane that you can't do that and they're always organised by "recently opened". What if you need to work through a list of them (thousands, say) and have no way of marking, tagging or knowing where you're up to?
It should be more possible to make batch changes to certain types of files.
It should be easier to see previews of how images will be cropped in certain formats.
Also when creating/saving new files such as photos, I do not want to have to look for the correct folder which is in a different position each time. I do NOT want the folders to mix up their order depending on what someone else clicked on recently. I want the folder architecture to remain the same each time so that it's easy to use. This leads to another problem, duplication. Why is it possible to create two folders of the exact same name? Recipe for disaster.
Another incredibly silly thing is that there is no preview function you can access before making a change or making a new page live. This makes it impossible to be creative/experiment/fulfil new requirements.
Why is there a whole second block of WYSIWYG input that we are not allowed to touch, but that can't be deleted?
The time and date system for events doesn't allow us to customise according to our brand style guide. It also doesn't account for daylight saving where you need to change the timezone from AEST to AEDT. Need to be able to fix this on our side not just accept it.
Sometimes it feels like ContentStack is a platform that has never been used to create a website before, so we are requesting all these very reasonable fixes that require weeks/months of work to implement.
The platform makes it really hard to see and click and find what the content actually says in the back end, because there are so many other fields and the important main content boxes are collapsed all the time.
Why is there NO SPELL CHECK available for a content management platform.
Make it make sense...

Hosting website.
Having a website where we can upload digital content.

Flexible, customizable website development with attentive customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Great for those wanting flexibility and control, Contentstack provides a user-friendly platform that allows for easy customization of your website at any time. It was easy from the get-go to navigate any edits, and I appreciate being able to create website pages with little to no background in website development!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features seem to be a little restricted with how many personalisations you can make, however the team at Contentstack are always happy to try to work with us to make the changes we want possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentstack is solving the problem of rigid, outdated websites by providing a platform that allows us to customize our site whenever we need, giving us the flexibility to adapt to our changing business needs and ensuring we always have a fresh, relevant online presence.
Very practical and easy-to-use system
What do you like best about the product?
Contentstack has been deployed successfully across our website, and we now self-serve within the marketing team to manage existing webpages and create new webpages for PPC webpages. In my experience, it has been relatively easy to add features and taxonomies to the product so that all users are following the same process. As a frequent user of the product following the initial launch, I found page editing and deployment very fast and seamless. The live preview is an impressive feature and reduces anxiety around edits not taking effect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some intricacies and sometimes unintuitive steps when using initially, e.g. the live preview only worked when we selected a specific (and unobvious) domain from the dropdown.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to create/edit pages within the marketing team rather than asking development to build changes - saves a significant amount of time. Being able to quickly edit and launch pages for marketing activity means we can be agile around market/product changes.
Very useful, but is lacking some components
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can edit quite fast, and share between multiple different languages. It's very easy to implement small changes such as visuals, texts and components. I use it everday. It's also nice that whenever there is a mistake, you can see it directly on the preview website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Self-import service is really awful, it always makes the website crash for us. The integration here could be improved massively. This is something we have flagged to the customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me improve the overall consumer journey for our consumers, it's easy to implement. Components are very easy to copy due to the extension.
WHat would be nice is to also have the extensions for external websites, but not sure if this is legally allowed.

Very practical, I love it !
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful with contentstack is the tracability of the versions, and how it is easy to collaborate. It is also easy to use and to integrate to other softwares !
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be time consuming as errors are difficult to find sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing content on a website.
Love Content stack!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it was to migrate our old website to Contentstack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the live preview could be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It hosts our website
