Best Headless CMS and DXP in the market.
What do you like best about the product?
From a data (content) perspective, the ability to build and refine model contents has the ability to unlock tons of value. Pair this with their App Maketplace for turn-key integrations and you have an amazing CMS. Great so now you can properly store and manage content, your ready to tap into some of the other great features like Automate and Launch. Combining all of these product offers can truly enable your business to reach its goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Traditionally the documentation has been great, but the guided education and community part of the platform is still in its early stages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content managment at scale which includes the ability to structure content for better insights as well as having the ability to transfer the published content to any number of channels.

What do you like best about the product?
Contentstack is an excellent system to seamlessly manage & create content in many different platforms/environments. It is incredibly easy to use and setup. It is one of the main systems we use at work. It is a breeze getting up to speed on it!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some redundancy in the submissions/versions that can get hairy. Often times you find yourself with 50 different versions of a project and no idea how it got there with minor edits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentstack is solving the time management and simultanious updating problems that we have. It saves us a lot of time by having multiple people working on the same project at the same time.

Good Middle ground to flow through product content
What do you like best about the product?
Contentstack works well with content for different countries, and can handle the load of differing languages flowing in and out with somewhat ease of use. I like that for product content publishes to be successful, that the lines turn green which is helpful to the eye within the stack. Assessing some of the errors and pinpointing where to fix within the product page is user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The errors that transfer between systems are unexplainable and don't leave the user with much help to remedy the issues. Product content flowing between systems can take longer than 15-20 minutes, causing the user to resend content again into Contentstack. This creates an overflow of unnecessary buildup of data and slows down the "stack" overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentstack pushes content from another product information management platform that my business uses, and is a way to track the journey of content flow to final end point destination of DTC selling site.
Considerably satisfied, easy to use, similar to word press but better in most ways.
What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive, no unecessarily convaluted ways to do the most basic of things.
It works consistently well. rarely ever down, glitches or anything that causes issues

What do you dislike about the product?
A small gripe, when an image has been uploaded and is in the copy, the image can not be switched out for another without having to write a knew caption.
I am signed out and then unable to save, without notice.
