Never seen such CSPM tool with rich features and impressive friendly UI

None as of now. We love everything about Wiz
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Never had a single tool for all security issues in our cloud environment. And its integration with other tools also is an plus

Very broad coverage in a single place, easily replace other products.

The product is great, but sometimes the tech teams in my company struggle to fully understand the findings and validate them. Probably not a product issue

Wiz is the best out there in the market
What do you like best about the product?
Wiz was the second tool our organization used for mitigating the Cloud Infrastructure risks, The earlier tool we used only covered misconfiguration on the Cloud but didn't give an overall picture of the cloud landscape in general. That's why our organization looked up to Wiz. Thank God we selected Wiz, as this is exactly what we were looking forward to, a tool that points to misconfiguration and provides an overall view of cloud security posture. It offers features like vulnerability scans, container security and lateral threat detection. Wiz has integration with the AWS security hub, which is perfect. We have resolved tons of security issues through Wiz, which otherwise could have a threat to our infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using Wiz for two months now; I would like Wiz to come up with web-based e-learning as for someone who comes from a different tool to Wiz, handling it from Day One could be a little overwhelming as navigating through the UI is confusing at times initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz scans our environment and gives us the issues detected daily with all the insights about the threat ..I look at them and resolve them soon, like CVE, outdated tech stack, network vulnerabilities etc. Wiz is an excellent asset to our security team.
Excellent value CSPM
What do you like best about the product?
Wiz's user interface makes it easy to prioritize issues, investigate them in detail and determine the best remediation options. It lets the team clearly understand the current risks and the best way to handle them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I could identify is the choice to use agentless workload scanning. While I'm perfectly happy with this approach and don't require agent-based scans, I would have liked to have the option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz is allowing our organization to make sense of the highly dynamic and extremely complex multi-cloud environment that is at the base of our infrastructure. Without Wiz, we could never hope to continuously and automatically detect security issues and vulnerabilities as they materialize in our environment.
Smartest and best user friendly tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easily visualize the attack surface from the internet into internal resources, prioritize effectively, and search your way through the mess of Amazon Web Services
What do you dislike about the product?
The issues need to be better understood; sometimes, less is more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By prioritizing, I am able to focus on the most critical issues without getting drowned out by the noise. Using the search tool, I am able to identify issues across multiple accounts in a single location without having to access the console.
Vulnerabilities are passe: Wiz focuses your time on toxic combinations that matter!
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone's time is valuable. Don't let your security posture suffer while trying to sort through a spreadsheet export with 3500 rows. Wiz measures risk along multiple dimensions: vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, clear-text secrets, internet exposure, and available script-kiddie exploits to help you zero in on the most important items to resolve immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst thing about Wiz is the lack of support for on-prem platforms and services! Wiz is a cloud-native application platform and works so well across my GCP, AWS, Azure, and OCI clouds that I want the same coverage for my datacenter assets as well!

Wiz provides three key features that help my people resolve issues:
- powered by a GraphQL backend with a rich API, Wiz normalizes our language for similar resources across public cloud providers to make searching and discussing objects easier
- "Critical" priority issues in Wiz are CRITICAL! Wiz measures risk along multiple dimensions so that we can focus precious time on resolving the most important issues
- Wiz provides meaningful context such that cloud practitioners normally do not even need to login to the cloud control panels to see why an issue exists and what it is connected to

Wiz Gave us the insights we need to get a grip on our exposure.
What do you like best about the product?
Wiz gave us a single pane of glass view of our cloud environment. We no longer have to jump between dashboards or write scripts to gather and view relevant information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish they had an agent that could be installed on physical hardware, and a way to scan local switches and routers for misconfiguration in addition to the cloud infrastructure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a small team and running Wiz in our cyber sec stack. We have it set to scan our Cloud environment every time a change is made. This helps us keep up with our security standards and compliance requirements.
Wiz - Great cloud security product and customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Wiz has given our Security and Engineering teams visibility into our cloud resources and security risks that we did not have previously with other products from competing vendors, allowing us to address risks we were not looking at before. Their roadmap is very aggressive, and feature requests are implemented quickly. Our account team responds quickly to requests and communicates with us frequently to ensure we know the status. Wiz has documented their product very well and has lots of training webinars that are very helpful for learning the platform and its capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wiz is very powerful but complex and can be challenging to navigate for less technical users. However, Wiz has informed us they are working on making the platform easier to navigate. Their documentation and highly responsive account team make up for our challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz helps us identify and remediate issues such as insecure secrets, publicly accessible resources, unrestrictive security groups, and outdated and end-of-life software. Additionally, we have identified numerous cloud resources that are no longer needed in our environment. Remediating these findings helps us reduce our attack surface, and removing unnecessary resources lowers our cloud expenditure.

Wiz provides visibility across all of your cloud platforms in a single location to make cloud management easier for your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. Integrations are continually coming out and Wiz is quick to provide integrations for other solutions that their clients need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz provides us with centralized visibility of our cloud environment and allows us to see vulnerabilities, security misconfigurations, external exposures and more.
