Security expert, leading cloud and application security teams with a vast knowledge in the IT space
What do you like best about the product?
I like the efficiency. Everything is super clear and informative, well prioritized, and that motivates employees to fix gaps and secure the environments, all while giving you visibility for 100% of critical systems. Also, the whole staff is absolutely wonderful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are any dislikes, however, there are definitely categories that I would be happy if they get into, such as networking and application security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz helps me and my team to get visibility for all of the different cloud environments across AWS and GCP, understand what are the gaps and whats should be fixed immediately.

Great team, the tool looks like it will fit our needs, and we are getting what we need in terms of support.

Having to run infrastruture locally to prevent the transmission of sensitive data is unfortunate.

Their customer support is really good.
They are very helpful and will go out their way to help and try solve any issue that may accuse.

The UI seems too messy.
There is too much information with not a lot of understanding what needs to be done.
We needed to have 1-on-1 with them in order to understand how to solve issues and where to look for them.

They are helping us understand if our docker images are secure and how we can solve the issues that may occur in our images.

WIZ Platform is a best-of-breed solution that excels in both intuitiveness and rich features. It has not only streamlined our workflows but also empowered us with data-driven insights for better decision-making. I highly recommend it to any team looking for a robust, easy-to-use platform that doesn't compromise on functionality.

There a small bugs and glitches like in every platform

One of the most significant challenges we faced was gaining a comprehensive view of our cloud resources. WIZ Platform has solved this by offering a unified dashboard that aggregates data from various sources, giving us a holistic view of our cloud infrastructure.

Technical Support team is good. But, Still, there is scope for improvement ( Example - Quick Response to Customer queries is important)

Dashboards are easy to view and create reporting

Easy view of security issues.
Finally a tool that actually gives you the data you need and functional processes.
What do you like best about the product?
We've used several products over the years, and WIZ is the first to give us the complete picture we have been seeking. The Reporting is the best we've seen; the assessment capabilities are far beyond its competitors. Practical dashboarding that conveys reality in an easily understandable way is another great feature, but what makes it the best is the fact that from the dashboard, you can easily drill down into the datasets to extract actionable intelligence that even provides you with actions that will help you in understanding how to resolve certain events. Overall, it is the first product we have seen that provides the complete picture of a situation you are looking to investigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the time of the implementation of the product, they didn't allow for an easy break up of our environments to conduct narrow-scoped assessments to be conducted. After discussing this with the Sales engineer and support staff, we found an immediate workaround and a solution timeline for this change to go live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The greatest benefit that I utilize daily, is the Environment Compliance Reporting and Validation capabilities that are built within the product. The ability to drill into the reporting is a priceless option as well.
Very good tool to keep an eye on all security scopes of the infrastructure
What do you like best about the product?
It does cover a lot of differents scopes of public cloud platform, and higlights flaws that we wouldn't have investigate on. Having also compliance reports does help not only investigate current issues but also to see beyond and prepare for future certifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating through panels when digging on a issue can be really heavy, and it's not always the smoothest experience.
Remediation steps are really for manual steps, and maybe pointing on more IAC solutions could help users building more reliable platform, instead of just fixing by throwing cli into a terminal.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WIZ does help us to have a complete overview about what is running on our Platform, and sometimes highlights zombies components that we weren't aware of. By having that global vision, we do feel that we have the control of what is running, and how.
