Great AI tool to get the information from the source
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to search for specific topics with sources. Instead of throwing random information, Perplexity shows where the information is taken, from its source, and I'm able to verify if the source is from a reliable website. While searching for writing content or searching about certain research topics finding sources is almost important and Perplexity does it better. It's easy to use on PC and Mobile and its UI is very user friendly. Perplexity can be used and relied up on everyday for extensive search and writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike, however, I would encourage them to add research papers as sources as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for multiple uses from research to technical writing, blogs, and retrieving information. It benefits greatly to check the source website related to my search.
Excellent but sometimes repetitive. Among AI LLMS perplexity gives more options and felxibility
What do you like best about the product?
Wonderful answers, power to browse the web, searching videos wow . All this amazing and Great flexibility, ability to upload pdf file, etc and ask questions from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes gets stuck and starts giving the same response, or exact sentences from the file instead of a summary or the required changes, etc. I love being able to upload a file and start asking questions about it , but sometimes perplexity pastes the exact content from the file without paraphrasing, etc

Using perplexity for search instead of Google or chatGPT
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I get sources of my answers from perplexity helps me with context. It also is able to search on the latest internet data, something that is missing from open AI

Nothing really. It doe s the job and can be the next big thing in advertising.

Finding answers which need latest internet information.

What do you like best about the product?
great tool that allows for seamless access to the leading LLM models in the market - LLAMA, CodeLLaMA, LLaVA, Mistral, Mixtral, and continuos updated library.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about perplexity. Maybe if it allowed a user to bring their own API key, to test on the perplexity UI, it would be nice to have future feature.

The free version is limited in its use of Copilot and the paid version is still cost prohibitive for many people.

It is exceedingly useful for research and for polishing writing, and offering ideas for expanding my own research and writing.

Perplexity has the ability to give personalized answers to the questions.

User interface, ability to read images should be there.

It is useful for me in learning tasks I find difficult to do on my own. Perplexity helps me by giving detailed information about the topic rather doing the research online.

it is a good alternative platform to chat gpt, with the gpt4 copilot it helps to have a good free alternative, as a content generator it is good and responds with updated information.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is not enough information about the limitations it has, sometimes it uses current information and other times it says it cannot do it, but generally with a good prompt it is resolved.

it is a good platform to request guidance on various topics, with more updated information than chat gpt, and its platform is more intuitive, generates more current content and with a greater degree of validity
