Efficiently Solves Complex Queries with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Perplexity for its reliable and verified answers, providing me with enhanced efficiency and time-saving capabilities for diverse tasks like video editing, content writing, and academic processes. Its conversational search maintains context effectively, preventing repetitive mistakes. The setup process is incredibly smooth, just a few clicks to get started. The contextual memory and natural language processing, along with advanced search capabilities, deeply enhance its usability. I also value its ability to handle complex multi-step tasks swiftly compared to human efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the lack of support for the Sanskrit language problematic. While I use Sanskrit, Perplexity does not support it efficiently, which hampers my ability to get insights and meanings in this language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Perplexity provides unparalleled access to big data insights, enabling businesses to harness the full potential of their data assets. This technology processes and analyzes vast amounts of data from multiple sources at incredible speeds, offering deep insights that would be difficult or impossible to glean manually.
I found that answers from Claude felt generalized, but Perplexity gave precise outputs. It's like a very knowledgeable assistant. Interestingly, Perplexity often suggests follow-up questions after answering. I found this feature extremely useful for digging deeper into topics.
Helps guide model training: During the training process, developers can monitor perplexity to determine if the model is learning effectively. A continuous drop in perplexity is a sign of effective learning.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to rename the conversation because it automatically picks up the first few words of your inquiry and that's the name of the conversation. It doesn't give you the ability to rename it so you can more easily identify the conversation and go back to it and continue researching within that conversation.

I find Perplexity solves prolonged research tasks by running in the background, even when my computer is off, which is crucial for ongoing complex research. Its various research modes help with my daily work needs.

I have been using perplexity for 1 yr now, and i am loving every second of it, now that they have added "spaces" in the app, i find it so so easy to use!!

Sometimes you really have to verify everything, because randomly it will stop understanding basic tasks, the language output prompts definitely dont work right.

I use perplexity to find answers to gaming puzzles, when I can't find the answers myself.
I freelance content writing and marketing related to gaming, and this cuts my research time by 75% to 80%.
I also use it to verify article accuracy and to collect data, as i also do marketing for companies that need help with data. It gives me sources regularly and gives me option to choose what kind of sources to use to draft answers. (Like using SEC filings or research papers only, or just check social media)

Nothing to like in the tool even tried paid version, Not worth
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot understand prompts well to deliver the result, Generating same results again and again with proper command to dos. Tried both content & image generation with pro version not worth to use, The tool is not ready for sale it's just for training AI models.
