What do you like best about the product?
The wide range of solutions that encompass various industries and areas of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some solutions lack QA check on simple items such as spelling.

Maximo is a great product for EAM
What do you like best about the product?
Work Management is very powerful and robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maximo Migration Manager is very hard to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facilities Maintainance , Enterprise Asset Management, Asset Life Cycle management are some of the areas we are using Maximo. Maximo not only helps to streamline the business processes, but with cost benefits.

I started my career with Maximo. It is very robust, neat product which provides everything to the customers that they need for their day to day operations.

Some of the bugs like auditing in Migration Manager which has some room to improve.

I have yet to find an items I dislike after switching from an inadequate maintenance system.

User happily use the system. We had trouble encouraging maintenance tracking with tech and supervisors previously,

The product team is looking to incorporate new functionality and AI into the product

Migration Manager and continuous deployment is not easy at all. There is a lot of manual steps.

Identify duplicated work at duplicated locations. Determining re-occurring issues by equipment/asset type.

Maximo is easily configurable and can be tailored to meet customer business needs.

UI style is no always fresh-looking. A more modern look would be appreciated.

When properly implemented and configured customers are always happy and continue adding more features to the solution.

i dislike the user interface, sometimes a little bit ""older"" then other ticketing software

I love how IBM extends the functionality and capability of the product -- and the amount of investment IBM puts into it.

IBM development is too focused on the desktop view and online web-based mobile view -- needs a lot of improvement in Maximo Anywhere. A lot.

Maximo's configurability sets it apart from the competition in that it doesn't require a high degree of specialized technical knowledge to configure it to support specific business requirements and cater to pockets of excellence within the company or to lend agility to the business when requirements change.

At this time there is nothing I don't like about this product.

Maximo enables effective and efficient asset, work, and inventory management for operations and maintenance organizations within a company. The capabilities provided cover a wide array of requirements shared across many verticles such as industrial, comm, transportation, aviation, oil & gas, and manufacturing. The benefits are high end-user buy-in which results in accurate data collection for detailed analysis to facilitate continuous improvement.
