Great partner with excellent support, evolving features, and strong UI

What do you like best about the product?
Clazar has been a true partner for us. I use their platform daily — for everything marketplace-related, to customers' MP data, and more. Our use case is quite unique, and they’ve been extremely collaborative in building the features, reports, filters, views, and integrations we need. The UI is intuitive and continuously improving — many of the enhancements we see are ones we specifically requested, such as new filters and customized views. For example, they helped us connect our internal customer IDs with their corresponding marketplace IDs, which was critical for accurate reconciliation. Their support is also outstanding — we can open a ticket via Slack, get immediate acknowledgment, and receive regular updates on progress. They even handle marketplace-related tickets on our behalf, saving us significant time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the early days, it took some time for the team to fully understand our needs and get up to speed, so progress felt slow at first. Additionally, the website occasionally freezes or runs slowly, though this has been happening less and less recently. Overall, the pace, quality of delivery, and platform performance have improved significantly over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clazar centralizes and streamlines everything related to cloud marketplaces, which saves me significant time and manual work. They send metering data to the marketplaces — which is their core purpose — and ensure it’s accurate and timely. The platform helps us reconcile customer usage and billing across multiple marketplaces, map internal customer IDs to marketplace IDs, and easily track the data we need to create and manage annual commitments. Instead of managing multiple spreadsheets, manual lookups, and separate marketplace portals, I can handle it all in one place. Their proactive support — including handling marketplace tickets on our behalf — means I can focus on higher-value work while still staying informed on progress.

What do you like best about the product?
The Clazar product was easy to deploy and is easy to use. The customer success team is very capable and lovely to work with.

We have not encountered any downsides yet.

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked best about the Clazar platform was how easy it was to navigate and set up. The team has been a pleasure to work with—always quick to respond and eager to help. Deepshikha and Adi guided me and the team at LucidLink through every step of our AWS Marketplace integration, turning what could have been a complex process into a smooth and straightforward experience. Their expertise, clear communication, and proactive support helped us avoid roadblocks and stay on track from start to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some steps or instructions could have been clearer—particularly regarding the differences between a 'Public' and 'Private' listing. Certain details felt a bit skimmed over, especially around the co-sell motion and the need to add an 'Enterprise' public listing, which was intended to be our primary source for quoting and selling. That said, these points were minor and not something we could adjust or fix, so they didn’t significantly impact the overall process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clazar helped us launch on the AWS Marketplace much faster than we could have achieved in-house, and their dashboard is exceptionally user-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
We recently moved to Clazar, and the migration process was both smooth and efficient.
Post-migration to the Clazar platform, we are happy with the exceptional level of customer support provided. The Clazar team has demonstrated outstanding responsiveness and dedication. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Adi Patil and Deepshikha for their assistance and commitment.

Clazar portal has an intuitive interface, easy simple onboarding and also provides out of the box integrations with support tools. One of the most valuable features we are looking forward to leveraging is the automation of the cloud sales process. We anticipate this functionality will significantly enhance the onboarding experience for our public marketplace customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I cannot think of anything.

A game-changer for managing our AWS co-sell pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
Clazar has been a game-changer for our AWS co-sell strategy. As we began to scale our efforts with hyperscalers, we needed a way to manage our AWS ACE opportunity pipeline directly within HubSpot, and Clazar delivered exactly that.

What I like best is the platform's simplicity and ease of use. Onboarding our team was incredibly straightforward, and everyone was able to get up and running quickly. The HubSpot integration is seamless and has saved our team a significant amount of time by eliminating the need for duplicate data entry when managing our co-sell pipeline with AWS. This improved efficiency has not only streamlined our internal processes but has also helped strengthen our relationship with AWS by allowing us to manage our joint pipeline more effectively.

What truly sets Clazar apart, however, is their customer success and support team. They are incredibly responsive, acting with a sense of urgency on all of our requests. Their support has had a direct and measurable impact on our pipeline and efficiency.

I would highly recommend Clazar to any company looking to streamline their co-sell operations and improve their partnership with cloud providers like AWS.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is great once it's running, the initial setup required a significant amount of manual work to ensure everything was configured correctly. We've also run into a few instances where Clazar's automations seem to conflict with our existing HubSpot workflows. When this happens, it can be difficult to troubleshoot and understand the root cause of the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary challenge was the inefficiency of managing our AWS co-sell pipeline across two separate systems: HubSpot and the AWS ACE portal. This friction meant our sales team often struggled to log opportunities correctly or maintain their pipeline, as it required constant, manual data entry.

Clazar solves this fundamental problem by creating a seamless, two-way sync between both platforms. This has directly benefited us by boosting team efficiency, as it eliminates duplicate work and saves our sales team significant time to focus on selling. Our team now manages the entire co-sell motion from within HubSpot, which has drastically improved pipeline hygiene and the accuracy of our forecasting. This streamlined process has also strengthened our strategic relationship with AWS, leading to a more effective co-sell motion and a measurable improvement in our pipeline's performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved how from start to launch we have had a Partner every step of the way. This was a new channel for us and the Clazar team helped us see the market opportunity with a simple easy to use and best in breed solution to get launched.
What do you dislike about the product?
Loving the experience so far as we get launched.

What do you like best about the product?
Clazar made it incredibly easy for us to list on AWS Marketplace without having to deal with all the technical and billing complexities ourselves. Their platform is clean, intuitive, and does exactly what we need it to do , no fluff!! But honestly, what stood out most was the support: their team was proactive, responsive, and super knowledgeable about everything from private offers to how to qualify for AWS credits. It’s a no-brainer if you want to launch fast and do it right.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to dislike. If anything, I’d say some of the configuration flexibility could be expanded (e.g. around advanced usage tiers) or some more information sharing on companies with multiple offices or HQs and how that affects the AWS country account, but it hasn’t been a blocker for us. And to be fair, they’ve already iterated quickly when we’ve raised requests
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clazar helped us solve the biggest challenge we faced: getting listed on AWS Marketplace without pulling in heavy dev, finance, or legal resources. Managing billing models, usage dimensions, compliance, and private offers manually would’ve taken us months. With Clazar, we launched in weeks — and their team walked us through every step.

It’s also enabled us to open a new GTM channel with minimal lift, streamline procurement for our enterprise customers, and unlock access to AWS committed spend — all of which is helping us accelerate deal cycles and close more business.

What do you like best about the product?
I value Clazar’s cloud sales platform for its exceptional support, intuitive interface, and significant time savings. What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process was clearly laid out with a detailed checklist, which made it efficient for us to stay on track and ensured nothing was overlooked and the process kept moving forward. It was clearly defined what our action items were and what the Clazar team would take care of. The entire process required a minimal lift from our team. We had a clear visual of where we were in the process at all times.

Getting our listing live was quick and required minimal effort on our end thanks to Clazar’s clear guidance and efficient process. Ankit and Ankita have been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout—always ready to answer questions and provide support. It’s clear they genuinely care about our success.

The HubSpot CRM integration has been a game-changer! It has saved our team a significant amount of time by eliminating the need to duplicate data entry for AWS co-sell submissions. We've already submitted 11 co-sell opportunities directly through the integration, and the process has been fast, intuitive, and reliable. The only thing I wish it has was listing Analytics. For instance: How many clicks on our listing. Where did the clicks on the listing come from (a search, the web) what key words were used to bring up our listing. Was the video clicked on?

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Clazar for a while now, and the Salesforce integration has been a game-changer for our team. It’s made managing opportunities so much easier and has streamlined a lot of our workflows. I actually brought Clazar over from my last company because I knew how valuable it could be. The team is incredibly agile and responsive, and as a young company, they’re actively seek and are open to feedback, which means we’ve had the ability to help shape the roadmap in meaningful ways. On top of that, they’re just genuinely kind people. They were super supportive through the setup process and have continued to be especially as AWS rules/APIs continue to evolve. Finally, SUPER easy/fast to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not Clazar's fault, but due to evolving AWS rules, APIs, new features/functionality, sometimes things break and require fixing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clazar has taken a ton of the manual work out of managing our AWS co-sell motion. We used to spend a lot of time tracking down deal statuses, updating Salesforce, and trying to keep up with AWS’s evolving process. Now it’s all streamlined: everything syncs automatically. It’s made life a lot easier for our team and helped us move faster without things slipping through the cracks.
