Scale Cloud Marketplace Sales Without the Complexity

What do you like best about the product?
Clazar makes it incredibly easy to list and manage our software across cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP) without having to deal with all the complexity ourselves. The platform abstracts away the messy parts of marketplace onboarding, listing, Co-Sell and entitlement management. Their team is responsive and knowledgeable, and the product feels purpose-built for ISVs who want to scale cloud sales quickly. We were able to get live in weeks instead of months.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the workflows require leaning on Clazar’s team for support instead of being fully self-service. That said, their pace of improvement is fast, and the team is receptive to feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clazar removes the heavy lift of getting listed and transacting through cloud marketplaces. Normally, standing up marketplace offers involves complex integrations, managing private contracts, and ongoing maintenance across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Clazar automates and manages this entire process, so we can focus on selling rather than building marketplace plumbing.

The benefit is faster time-to-market, increased revenue opportunities through marketplace deals, and reduced reliance on internal engineering resources. It also gives our customers flexibility to purchase through their cloud commit, which shortens sales cycles and makes procurement easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Clazar has dramatically simplified our cloud marketplace strategy. What stands out most is the platform’s ability to unify listing, co-sell, and revenue operations across AWS, and Azure—without requiring a dedicated engineering lift. The Salesforce integration is especially valuable, as it allows us to manage offers, metering, and buyer insights directly within our existing workflows. Their intuitive UI and automation features enable us to launch and iterate quickly, even during product updates or partner tier changes.

As a Partner Operations Manager, I need tools that scale without drama. Clazar eliminates the friction of managing multiple cloud marketplaces separately. It streamlines quoting, discounting, and private offers, helping us maintain clean data and accelerate GTM execution. Their customer support is exceptional—responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive from onboarding through implementation. It feels like having an extension of our team that understands both the technical and strategic sides of cloud sales.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Clazar is incredibly effective at streamlining cloud marketplace operations, there are a few areas where it could improve. Occasionally, we’ve encountered minor hiccups with listing publication and bi-directional sync—especially when integrating with tools like Salesforce or during rapid product updates. These issues didn’t derail our workflow, but they did require manual intervention and support follow-up.
Additionally, the platform’s customization options for reporting and dashboard views could be more flexible. For teams managing complex partner tiers or co-sell motions, deeper filtering and segmentation would help surface insights faster.
That said, Clazar’s support team is highly responsive, and most issues are resolved quickly. The platform’s strengths far outweigh these limitations, but there’s room for refinement as they scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Clazar, we’ve eliminated that overhead. The platform automates everything from listing setup to revenue recognition, integrates seamlessly with Salesforce, and gives us a centralized dashboard to manage private offers, buyer journeys, and co-sell motions. That means faster time to market, cleaner data, and fewer handoffs between teams.
The biggest benefit? Operational clarity. We can now scale our cloud marketplace strategy without adding headcount or sacrificing governance. Clazar’s intuitive interface and responsive support team make it feel like we’ve added a whole new GTM function—without the drama. It’s a game-changer for partner operations.

Seamless Experience with Clazar tool & Support

What do you like best about the product?
Clazar is a powerful yet easy to use tool that makes multicloud integration simple, You’re working with GCP, Azure, or AWS, all from a single platform. It’s very user friendly when it comes to integration and maintenance since most of the key features are built in. You can easily schedule jobs with the Clazar automation tool, and the best part is that all the information is right there in a Salesforce widget for quick access.

Aside from the Clazar tool itself, one of the best aspects is their support and integration team, they’re very easy to reach and usually respond within 1–2 hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t run into any major roadblocks with Clazar. It would be nice to have a dashboard view within Salesforce, but that’s more of a nice-to-have than a functional limitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not all tools provide native integration with Salesforce, which meant we previously had to manage data manually through loading and comparisons—a big challenge when working across GCP, Azure, and AWS. Clazar brings everything together by offering seamless integrations directly within Salesforce. There’s no need to switch back and forth, as you can manage everything status updates, imports, and exports right from Salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
We are just beginning our journey on cloud marketplaces, and Clazar has made the entire process much easier than expected. From setting up listings to understanding private offers, the platform guided us step by step. The support team has been patient and very proactive in helping us understand the best practices. For someone new to marketplaces, it really feels like having an expert partner by your side.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we are early in our marketplace journey, there’s still a bit of a learning curve in understanding all the features and workflows. Some parts can feel overwhelming at first, but with the Clazar team’s guidance, it gets smoother quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company new to cloud marketplaces, we were struggling with the complexity of getting started—things like creating listings, managing compliance, and understanding private offers. Clazar simplifies this entire process by automating key steps and providing clear guidance. It saves us time, removes confusion, and helps us move faster in reaching customers through AWS. The biggest benefit so far has been peace of mind—knowing we’re set up correctly and supported at every stage.

Great customer service and response time

What do you like best about the product?
What really stands out to me is how intuitive Clazar makes Scytale's Hubspot connection to the AWS APN. The platform streamlines what can be a very complex process, especially around automating private offers and co-selling motions.

But more than that, their customer service is truly exceptional. I work closely with the Clazar team in my role as an AWS Alliance Lead, and they consistently go above and beyond to support the Scytale team (jumping on a call last minute, providing fast and thoughtful responses, or proactively helping us optimize how we use the platform).
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some UX elements that could be more streamlined or intuitive, especially for newer users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clazar is helping solve the pain of uploading ACE opportunities as well as scaling AWS marketplace sales, which from a sales and alliance perspective can be complex and time-consuming without the right tools. Before using Clazar, managing listings, private offers, co-sell motions, and tracking everything was a headache.

Now, we have a centralized, automated solution that streamlines the entire process, from listing to co-selling. This has saved us SO much time and also has assisted us accelerating revenue through AWS marketplace. Major benefit has been around the partnership motions with AWS much more structured and impactful. Clazar has helped us unlock more marketplace opportunities, and their team's hands-on support makes the process a lot easier.

What do you like best about the product?
As a novice to setting up AWS listings, Clazar made the whole process very easy. Their customer success team in particular was super helpful and has been available to guide us through some particular nuances of the process.

Previously we'd tried four times over 3 years to set up our own AWS listing and work directly with Amazon. Every time we hit a blocker, until we worked with Clazar - at which point it was done in two weeks.

AWS is a complicated platform and I think there could be better guidance for how some of it works.

What do you like best about the product?
Exceptional Support Team: One of the standout aspects of Clazar is their support. Every time we’ve had a question or needed help, their team has been incredibly responsive and helpful. It’s clear they care about their customers and are invested in our success.

Easy-to-Use API: Integration was straightforward. Their API is well-documented and easy to implement, which made the technical setup smooth and quick.

User-Friendly Interface: The UI is clean and intuitive. I can easily find what I’m looking for—whether it's details about buyers, contracts, metering, or anything else. It saves time and reduces friction, especially when managing multiple deals or listings.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could use improvement is error reporting for failed metering submissions. We recently ran into an issue with AWS where a buyer’s contract showed as “Active,” but metering submissions failed with a vague CustomerNotSubscribed error. There were no further details, and we had to log a ticket with AWS—which took nearly a week—to find out that the customer was considered "unbillable." It would be extremely helpful if Clazar could surface more diagnostic information or context in such cases to reduce the troubleshooting time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clazar acts as a critical bridge between our internal billing system and the invoices sent to our customers through cloud marketplaces like AWS, GCP, and Azure. It handles the complexity of translating our billing events into the format required by each cloud provider, automating the submission process and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Easy to use platform, Very responsive team

What do you like best about the product?
The team at Clazar is super responsive and helpful. I was at the signature stage of a late-stage sales deal when the client requested to transact via the AWS Marketplace. My company doesn't have a marketplace/partnerships manager, so I leaned heavily on the Clazar team to walk me through the AWS Marketplace private offer process. Clazar saved my butt and we were able to sign the contract and make the customer happy by transacting through AWS Marketplace. Ankit Roy from Clazar supports my company, Collate, specifically and he's a rockstar - very happy to work with him.

The platform itself is intuitive and is able to handle our somewhat complex multi-year quoting requirements. The UI itself is snappy and auto-saves. I created a private offer for a client via Clazar and was able to revisit it days later with my work saved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered anything worth calling out. My role is on the sales side, not the backend setup, so I can't speak to the setup process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily transact via AWS Marketplace & Azure marketplace

What do you like best about the product?
Clazar consolidates orders across separate marketplace platforms that makes it easy to navigate, track, and issue orders in one place. Additionally our Customer Support Team from Clazar is extremely helpful and responsive!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any complaints about the Clazar platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Traditional marketplaces are difficult to navigate and understand. Clazar makes the order issuance and tracking process very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Clazar brings AWS, GCP, and Azure marketplaces into one simple dashboard. No more jumping between different accounts, links, and confusing workflows for each cloud provider.

The best part is how easy it makes everything - creating private offers, understanding invoices, and managing marketplace activities without digging through complex documentation. Everything that used to take hours across multiple platforms now happens in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major. It does exactly what it promises. Maybe more reporting features would be nice, but that's just a wish list item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Clazar: Managing separate AWS, GCP, and Azure marketplace accounts was a mess. Different workflows, confusing billing, scattered documentation.

With Clazar: One platform handles everything. Simple invoices, easy private offer management, clear visibility across all cloud marketplaces.

Bottom line: Saves time, reduces errors, and makes multi-cloud marketplace management actually manageable.
