What do you like best about the product?
Blue Prism has many industry-standard hooks for Machine Learning and Cognitive resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automated logins were a challenge prior to the new version (6.5)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating Fraud Investigation for our move in move out process.

Great journey with RPA
What do you like best about the product?
The cost to start the RPA journey is very reasonable and working with the partners have been a great experience for us. The support and resources to learn more about it's capabilities have been very useful for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better communication or marketing about upcoming features and product enhancements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating business processes that have been very routine and can be automated via technology. We have seen time given back to our users to do more meaningful business tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to identify the right partner to help on the RPA journey.

What do you like best about the product?
I have enjoyed the content. However, I expected opportunities for in depth knowledge of BP. This information felt very high level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Information high level. It enough detail. Did not like standing to eat lunch. An opportunity to sit would have been nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finance and accounting improvements.
Opportunity to increase low / no code end user experience

Available libraries of BOTs for use. Ability to reuse Bots across all divisions

Business users cannot develop simple use cases easily

Timing out issues for scheduler. Lack of integration of more advanced technologies at this time. Need to use 6:5 to take advantage of more advanced features:

Easy to use stages with pre configuration. Good to have a library of configured processes and objects. It would be good to be able to search for the processes and objects more easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have drag and drop stages so businesss users could configure processes.

HR, finance, supply chain, and client operations. FTE savings, time savings, risk reduction
Insightful and Engaging
What do you like best about the product?
Hearing from a diverse group of businesses allows us to understand common issues occurring across automation while allowing us to network and discuss possibilities and opportunities. The conference booths also included valuable vendor conversations to add additional perspective...all of which I will be taking back to my leadership team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The theme of chefs was clever - I would like to see the creativity shine through more from our presenters on themes like that to help make presentations that much more engaging. The chef theme has a lot of capability to it, and I am sure there are many others which would help to even more pique interest!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business inefficiencies, slow/clunky processing, and overall business productivity opportunities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider your support model up front as there are not adequate tools available out of the box for monitoring and supporting the environment. Any monitoring capabilities are either manual or require custom developed solutions or required paying another vendor for an interface. Absolutely add support to your initial cost model.

Business friend,y with great community support. Always building and increasing capabilities. Excellent partner connections

Ability to deal w unstructured data, however their partner landscape provides integrations to help deal with this.

What do you like best about the product?
Visual programming is intrinsic to non-programmer business process users and contains straight forward support to extend logic with .net programming. BP supports their clients and has a rich partner program to assist customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customers MUST fully understand and implement BP best practices in order to be succeessful. Customers will fail unless they adhere to COE standards. But if they follow the, they will be emensly successful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Still new at our corp but we are rolling out integrations with ServiceNow and other domain/Enterprise apps to streamline support tasks for both employees and customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Work with a top BP Partner and fully embrace and enforce BP Best Practices. Get trained.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve partnered with Blue Prism to help our clients drive there automation initiatives. We’ve enjoyed the partnership and BPs collaborative approach to customizing solutions based on each clients situation!
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like more technical sessions at next years BPW.

Blueprism Review
What do you like best about the product?
BluePrism processes can be unattended if properly scripted. No coding needed and easy to read because of flowchart look a like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data Items/inputs/outputs are hard to maintain if i renamed a data items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Repetitive Data Encoding in Banking industry. I realized that if we have multiple bot running and getting on the queue. We can do data encoding much faster though i also realized that it would be much faster to to data encoding if their is API implementation or if it is SQL Query driven.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that the VM are properly setup and should get more than 3 bots rather than just testing 1 bot.
