What do you like best about the product?
The user interface of Outreach is far superior than competitors on the market. It works great with Salesforce and has great deliverability.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could use more customization around reporting and it would be nice to be able to have multiple mailboxes. Lacks some features that newer platforms have incorporated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach made prospecting simple and allowed us to stay up to date on account management
