What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate the distribution of specific reports and have one dashboard to visualise my entire cloud spend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding could have been a bit more pleasant should DoiT have had the flexibility to enable FlexSave with our company's historical data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's currently about enabling GCP savings based on our usage without requiring GCP commitments from our company.
So much for so little!

Working with their team has been absolutely amazing! We get savings, better dashboards, and doers to help us when stuck.

There isn't anything I dislike about DoiT.

We needed a way to find savings and there's no better tool than DoiT out there!

Having a strategic partner with deep knowledge to help us with our AWS environment.

Only a shame that we can't do it all face to face.

DoiT works as a strategic partner on all of our projects related to our AWS environment.

What do you like best about the product?
DoiT supports our Google Cloud and Google Workspace environments. Their account management and support team is fantastic. Support requests never really go more than a day without some sort of workaround or resolution being put in place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anything I dislike should be taken with a grain of salt, as I have to dig to find something. But I would say it's difficult to understand what an escalation path for support tickets looks like.

You can get cheaper bills in AWS just by paying through them.
They also offer support for building AWS services. Sometimes they just give generic answers but sometimes they provide excellent support.

Their support is not always best in class and sometimes they don't really have deep knowledge of it.

Reduces cost and provides support for developing software at AWS, basically those two services are the main ones that we use. I know they offer other services but I haven't used them.

Each invoice, dated on the last day of the month, usually takes about ten days into the next month to reach us, as opposed to getting it the next day when we bought directly from AWS.

Access to technical advice so speeding up the work of our IT administrator.

We worked together to reduce the fees (i.e. Cost Optimization) within the scope of Cloud Services and they provided us with very valuable and appropriate advice and offers.

The training section could be further diversified and expanded. Also hands-on webinars could be held more often.
