A no nonsense MDR solution that works out the box
What do you like best about the product?
Sophos MDR offers a simple but extensive policy engine which allows our organisation to create policy which truely reflects our business. Implementation is straight forward with agent onboarding performed with a few clicks or an automated install script. Sadly (or not so sadly) I've not had to engage customer support much as the MDR product just works. As a daily driver of the product I'd have to say I am overall impressed with Sophos MDR solution
What do you dislike about the product?
Althought integration is straight forward the pay to integrate model is a hard pill to swallow, we have network services with a leading provider and we find that paying several thousand to bring that visability into the solution to be a bit unfair.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a robust security solution with a streamlined information security team. The tool including features that include FIM, EDR, Web Controls and DLP
Great onboarding experience supported by a team of very knowledgable professionals.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to deploy, configure and report from.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides, I haven't found anything I dislike about Sophos MDR
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos MDR has helped increase our Cyber security posture and provide enhanced reporting for our stakeholders. Knowing that a team of Analysts are monitoring 24/7 provides comfort to the business and clients that we are taking security serously.
Sophos provides comprehensive, real-time threat protection and intuitive management.
What do you like best about the product?
Sophos provides a user-friendly interface that simplifies security management. Its dashboard is well-organized and easy to navigate, offering comprehensive insights into our security status at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrating Sophos with existing legacy systems or third-party applications can sometimes be challenging. Specially the firewall integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since adopting Sophos, we've experienced improved network performance and reliability. The solution runs smoothly without causing any noticeable slowdowns, which is a significant advantage for our daily operations. Knowing that our systems are protected without compromising performance provides immense peace of mind.

Easy to use, pattern recognition, SOC and e-mail notification.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes admin console should be improved to detect partially/not installed clients.

Increase security, constant update of virus patterns, managed SOC that provide 24/7 monitoring/assistance.

Service with a large number of professionals focused on the security of my company, easy to implement and with great integration with other manufacturers.
What do you dislike about the product?
To put something, the one that is not available in local languages other than English.

Solve the problem of availability of a dedicated cybersecurity team, with this service monitoring and tracking is covered every day of the year at any time.

What do you like best about the product?
it works on behalf of imperial london hotels Security and work for out of hours as well. It provides 24/7 service and security to the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have nor come across any so far, so have none now.

communication of malicious files from outside with organisation files and basically it provides security ad block any link or files or codes for our organisation
