Good virus protection with a strong MDR team

What do you like best about the product?
I particularly like the proactive response of the MDR team. As soon as a threat becomes even slightly noticeable, a ticket is immediately created to address the issue. For threats with a "High" value, a phone call/chain of calls is immediately triggered.
If you have a potential "False-Positive," you can involve the MDR support. They check and analyze and then provide recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The knowledge bases are sometimes quite difficult to understand. Unfortunately, they are only available in English and Chinese. If a client has been deleted from the Central Cloud, it does not automatically re-register, even if the endpoint is still installed. Once out = out. Thus, the tamper protection password is gone, and you have to fumble around awkwardly until you can uninstall and reinstall Sophos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been looking for a SOC and Sophos MDR offers a cost-effective alternative here.

What do you like best about the product?
We have an extremely low rate of false positives. All actions taken by the MDR OPS team, regardless of true or false positive, are through and taken within the context of the user's behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of our issues involve adding folder and file exclusions to inhibit the firing of cryptolocker alerts and high CPU usage. All of these issues occur with developer machines running multiple devenv instances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring our users, who are administrators, and ensuring that backdoor applications are not installed inadvertently.

What do you like best about the product?
Sophos MDR is there for you when you cant be there all the time. Having someone watch your companies back while you sleep or are on vacation gives you peace of mind you cant get other wise. It was easy to setup and get going in our environment, the emails are easy to read, and the team is there to support you when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are still growing so there are something that they cant do fully just yet. Being able to lock an account down is something new that just recently came out which should have been there a launch feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small team and cant be there all the time so having something like this to watch our backs for suspicious actively is greatly needed.
