What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sophos MDR is the peace of mind it brings by combining advanced threat detection with a highly responsive 24/7 expert team. I appreciate the proactive monitoring and rapid incident response, which allows my internal team to focus on strategic initiatives while knowing that any suspicious activity is being handled in real time. The integration with our existing Sophos solutions, including Sophos Central, makes it easy to visualize threats and take immediate action when needed. The level of visibility and control over threats, without having to manage everything manually... Is truly a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved is the reporting dashboard. While it provides useful insights, it lacks flexibility in customization and could benefit from more real-time analytics. Enhancing this would make it easier for different teams to extract actionable intelligence tailored to their specific needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos MDR helps us address the challenge of identifying and responding to threats in real time, especially outside of business hours. It bridges the gap between detection and response by providing expert analysts who monitor and act on alerts 24/7. This has significantly reduced our response times and minimized the risk of undetected breaches. The service allows our internal team to focus on core operations while knowing that any suspicious activity is being handled immediately and professionally.

What do you like best about the product?
The service offers an extremely high level of security for emergencies. In potentially threatening situations, the team provides in-depth analysis of the situation. Availability is guaranteed 24/7 and response times are excellent. The answers are always very detailed and helpful. Specific advice and recommendations are given. The contact is always friendly and all cases can be easily viewed through the user interface. The implementation in the company was very simple and quick. A case is reviewed until it can be ensured that there is no danger.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no real disadvantages to using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our industry offers a very attractive target for cyber criminals. Therefore, it is extremely reassuring to have such a reliable partner by your side. We receive detailed advice and information on cases. We could not utilize this level of professional expertise within our company.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a team of people working in a background and contacting you directly to review issues
What do you dislike about the product?
Not seeing a personalized number when they call, only a 1-800
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are providing API's to our NDR so they can review the logs. They are also having a connector with our O365. This give me the chance to have the entire company being monitored by 1 entity.

What do you like best about the product?
It is not that complicated to use, it is user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The encryption when deleting the devices, which requires formatting

In Spanish, this question is not understood correctly, but Sophos helps us a lot with the web control part.

The Service and the Report of Action what they take Once the action has been taken. They have Multiple steps if action to reach customer and also to avoid any further vulnerabilities spread in environment. ease of Integration customer support and Ease of use are best

Nothing Much to dislike but If we can add Quarterly training would be Best
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any Attack which happens to Network after Office hours is been taken care by team this is best as this give a Peace of Mind that someone is taking care of the network

What do you like best about the product?
It's a good software to protect your company and maintain security in the organization. It's easy to use, and we receive real-time alerts and options about how to fix the issues.

The threat detection and response capabilities are excellent, with a team of experts monitoring and responding 24/7, which gives us peace of mind. The dashboard is intuitive, and the reports provide clear visibility into potential risks and actions taken. Integration with other tools was straightforward, and overall, it's been a reliable and efficient solution for our security needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sophos MDR is overall a strong solution, there are a few areas for improvement. Sometimes the alerts can be a bit too frequent or not fully prioritized, which can lead to alert fatigue. Additionally, the response time from the MDR team, while usually fast, can occasionally be slower during non-critical issues. Pricing might also be a concern for smaller organizations, as the service can become costly depending on the number of devices or endpoints.

Before using it, we had limited visibility into suspicious activity across endpoints and network devices. Now, with 24/7 monitoring by their expert team, we can quickly identify, investigate, and contain threats before they escalate. This has greatly reduced our risk of data breaches and downtime, giving our internal team more time to focus on strategic tasks instead of constantly monitoring for potential threats.
