easy of use, easy implemantation, user friendly

some uninstall problems, central dashboard is late openning

Actually we don't have any negative feelings of using Sophos MDR Services.

They are firstly analysing anomalies then inform us. We do not have dedicated security team so this service really help us. Ths service supports us to improve our IT service quality.

Sophos MDR is so reliable. It takes the workload off your internal staff and allows them to focus on other critical tasks. Having a good piece of mind that your security posture is managed thoroughly allows for growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot come up with any true downsides to offering Sophos MDR to our clients. We see how there is an instant return on your investment when all attacks and concerns are being scanned and reviewed 24/7.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos MDR removes the workload from the end-users' IT department and provides threat scanning, sandboxing and remediation 24/7 so you can have great piece of mind that your company is being protected around the clock.

Innovative technology, proactive assistance, solid product.

Some customers had issues implementing however this was easy once the Sophos rep assisted.

Sophos proactively protects your network by alerting IT when something looks suspicious. This allows IT time to handle more constructive matters, therefor increasing performance.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Sophos for over five years. We are highly satisfied with the product. Sophos has always met our needs. I particularly appreciate their remarkable responsiveness when it comes to incident handling. Having the assurance of round-the-clock network monitoring for threats and vulnerabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
In fact, we have never encountered any issues with Sophos MDR that we could mention as something we disliked.

Ease of use and feasible. 1 and 3 year solutions are attractive.

Not much to dislike really. The solution works very well.

Helps end users remain protected and updated.
Robust security and great pricing for an MDR solution
What do you like best about the product?
Knowing that I have the Sophos team monitoring our environment for threats and ready to respond while everyone in the IT department is asleep, gives me a sigh of relief. For the pricing and all the robust security features you get, it is one of the best solutions out there. I also like the simplicity and ease of use of their web portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The occasional false positives and the Sophos agent can be resource hungry sometimes which hampers performance on slightly older hardware. The fact that you cannot purchase licensing for this product directly with Sophos, you must go through an authorized partner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During COVID, we had to let go of our InfoSec team and divert their responsibilities to the remaining IT staff, which became overwhelming. Sophos helped filled that gap that was missing for our team.

As a small company, MDR brings the security expertise we needed to offset having a minimal security team.

We have no dislikes, Sophos MDR has met all of our needs and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos MDR and Cloud Security have helped us communicate our Security posture effectively to prospects and clients. As a SaaS provider, we are barraged with security assessments and regular audits from our prospects and existing clients, so we must be able to demonstrate specifics about how we protect our business networks and production environments.
A practical solution for small businesses like ours that do not have the necessary cybersecurity.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact of benefiting from cybersecurity professionals always up to date with the technologies and up to date with the type of attacks. This allows us to be reassured about the state of our network. Moreover, they give us advice if they notice any flaws in our installation. And if we were to be attacked anyway, this would allow us to have help to put the network back together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The weekly reports are sometimes a bit complicated to understand for novices but we trust that as long as they don't tell us what actions to take everything is fine. Otherwise, their team in case of an attack only speaks English and not French, which could limit us in the good understanding of the phone in case of an attack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They bring cybersecurity skills that we don't have in-house and that we don't have the financial and human means to acquire. They also provide advice on improvements to be made in our installation.
