Very good complementary service of the XDR
What do you like best about the product?
The support from the SOC team, the monitoring during the implementation of the solution, the power of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
During my initial setups, the integration team was in English.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
24/7 monitoring of the status of managed and supervised workstations, with autonomous actions (on the Complete solution) on the workstations.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage and deploy. Support is exceptional and the team from sales to MDR are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The access through mobile devices needs to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos covers our endpoints and servers 24/7 x 365 a year. The cost savings of not needing our own security team are exceptional.
Great Product and Service - Slow UI
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of the product and the wide range of services offered. You can implement this product no matter what the layout of the company that you are serving needs. Their support team is eager to assist as well. I use this product daily. The layout is very easy to use and intuitive as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI to switch between clients is very slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to set up alerts for actionable cases and then handle them immediately as they come up. It allows us to provide confidence internally and externally.
Reliable MDR service with excellent analyst support and fast response
What do you like best about the product?
Sophos MDR provides 24/7 monitoring and real-time threat detection backed by a skilled analyst team. The alerts are clear and actionable, which helps us respond quickly. Integration with other Sophos products creates a seamless experiences and improves overall visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup required a lot of tuning to reduce false positive, and incident response can occasionally be slower during peak times. Some integrations with third-party tools are limited and would benefit from wider compatibility.

Sophos MDR helps us address the lack of internal resources to monitor and respond to threats 24/7.
Their team fill that gap with expertise and proactive incident response, reducing our exposure to advanced attacks and improving our overall security posture without needing to scale our own SOC team.

Reliability and cost effective
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and their support team's response time is exceptional
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, we dont have anything to dislike cause the hiccups we had before were addressed and since then things have improved. We are happy with Sophos MDR
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Undetected threats, lack of visibility. compliance just to name a few that MDR is helping/helped us with. As an administrator. is time saving, cost efficient and have the best experts in the field giving us guidance.

What do you like best about the product?
Professionalism, speed and resolution in managing cases, leaving autonomy to the MDR group for management.

Nothing cames to mind, for me it only has strong points

If any anomaluous activity is detected, it is immediately analysed and isolated if necessary in a short time.

is not related to the service but on the service portal central sophos to hardening or give the chance of Report or the opportunity to extract data.

Solve in easy way and short term the posture related to the IT security and in second step, but not less important, help to gain time for the Internal IT Team

What do you like best about the product?
It is a combination of powerful automation and real human expertise delivered through tightly integrated security ecosystems. Top features of Sophos MDR :-Fast Response time; Deep Intergration with Sophos Products; customizable response modes(we can choose between Notify, Authorize and Collaborate-we can decide how hands on Sophos to be). It delivers enterprise level monitoring and response at fraction of what a full in house team will cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has limited visibility outside Sophos ecosystem.It works the best with Sophos tools and if we are using third party tool, visibility and correlation are limited. It has limited customization while reporting. While reports are clear but some users wish for more granular or customized dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving critical problem of 24/7 threat detection and response, especially for organization that don't have a dedicated in- house security operations Center(SOC) or the resources to monitor and act on threats around the clock. Sophos MDR gives us skilled threat responder, faster containment and clarity during incidents- without having to build our own SOC. Its like having an expert security team on stand by 24/7.
MDR Service provides great detection, remediation and follow up.
What do you like best about the product?
Response time, consistent follow ups in a timely manner, detail of threats in communications, remediation guidance provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited to 3 contacts, dashboard UI is not intuitive and can feel outdated

Helping identify, triage, respond and remediate threats.
Always on 24x7 Monitoing
What do you like best about the product?
It's a mostly set and forget systems that only requries an agent or cloud connector to be deployed. The setup scripts are easy to deploy, and the team pickup the phone almost instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the agents can be hard to understand due to thick accents.
