What do you like best about the product?
The response times of the MDR team are fantastic — every alert is classified and promptly followed up with a request for feedback. This ensures that issues are always addressed and resolved quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the future, I would also appreciate having German-speaking support to enable even faster communication in some cases. Especially when an incident occurs at night, being able to communicate in one’s native language would be highly beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos MDR covers monitoring outside of our regular business hours. We don't have enough staff to ensure continuous monitoring, and Sophos MDR fills this gap for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Super fast response times of the sophos agents, quick to reply to emails and help with vulnerabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
Very expensive. Occasionally produces false positives
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us security cover, especially over periods of time where we are not physically monitoring things ourselves, this is especially useful as we are a Trust of schools, so their will be periods where the office is closed

Sophos MDR manage and ease to use 24*7 services, Sophos MDR protected your network by Sophos expert team and he is ensure the protection 99.98%.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sophos MDR integration process very hard and other then all good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos MDR solves the problem of not having enough in-house security staff to watch for threats 24/7. It keeps our systems safe by catching and stopping attacks quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Sophos MDR gives us 24/7 security monitoring with fast response to threats. Their team takes action quickly, even while we’re offline. The dashboard is clean and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup took some time and required help from support. The pricing can be a bit high for small companies. A more flexible plan would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don’t have an in-house security team, so having experts monitor our systems 24/7 is a big help. It saves us time, reduces stress, and keeps our business safe from ransomware, phishing, and other attacks.

What do you like best about the product?
This product is a one stop shop, offering everything from MDR/NDR to firewalls and antivirus solutions. The sales team and customer support are exceptional."
What do you dislike about the product?
There nothing that i can think of, when Sophos let me down

With their team constantly analyzing activity across our environment, we no longer worry about missing critical alerts or delayed responses. It’s improved our security operations and freed up internal IT to focus on strategic priorities instead of chasing false positives.

What do you like best about the product?
24/7 SOC, Outsourcing, Complete Soltion for Endpoint, Server and Network

Actual there was nothing we disliked with MDR. Maybe the NDR Part shouldhave better documentation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are happy to outsource the SOC to the sophos 24/7 SOC.

What do you like best about the product?
We get constant alarms and support on our platform and very qualified analysis on events

The main issue is only related to the short amount of time that can be destined to follow, investigate and deploy the suggestion or indication given by MDR

Security without the hassle

What do you like best about the product?
The Sophos GUI. It's every easy for you to navigate through the site and find what you need. I really like how ease of use it is when it comes to troubleshooting vulnerable users or machines. You can easily find the problem due to advanced features from the integrations they implemented. I've had to reach out to the customer support several times in order to fix a compromised user or machine; they've been extremely helpful. I came into the organization with Sophos already deployed, so I'm not sure how easy it was to implement but maintaining it has been a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had one issue where I had to submit a ticket on a user that was compromised, I ended up submitting the wrong location and it took a day for Sophos to change it to the right support. That day in-between could've had serious consequences with our environment. It happens but I learned the right team and how to submit the problem right away to protect ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security, that's mainly what we needed and it's what Sophos has delivered on. We need to make sure that we are secure as we are a law firm that has to deal a lot with Law and ensure customer confidentiality. With Sophos I feel like we have that security and that ability to provide that confidentiality.
