There is no downside of using Sophos MDR
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not have to employ our own threat hunters, as Sophos MDR has the best specialists in this area

Security and Surety of Sophos
What do you like best about the product?
Its the effective Service of sophos and easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't find any reason of Dislike/not to recommend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It given latest update and hunts the threat and share the telemetry data about the virus.
Solid, affordable MDR solution. Poor Tier-1 support.
What do you like best about the product?
Their ticket response time and reporting is satisfactory.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tier-1 support basically just redirects you to articles that you may have already read, and doesn't seem to dig in (not totally unexpected from tier-1, but tier-1 is where problem-resolution starts, and response times are not good).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expediting minor security incident resolutions, promptly.

In terms of value for money, speed, and quality of service, it's the premier MDR solution available in the market.
As for the Cyber Security as a Service, our confidence lies with the Sophos team.

We utilize most of the Sophos solutions, all of which can be overseen from a unified SaaS platform.
Good and Trustworthy Support Representatives are always there to assist if required.

What do you dislike about the product?
The DLP Solution has only EU and US templates.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned previously, the sophos MDR Complete team Monitors 24/7 and manages organization-wide perimeter, with capabilities of integration with other vendors via API or Log Collector, additionally collects logs from Form 365 and Google to maintain the Email security and platforms as well.
Even if there is a Human factor breach via Phishing links or Social, the team knows how to prevent threats from spreading over the organization network, additionally, with the IR team, we can be 100% sure that the mitigation and remediation process will be accomplished.

The support rendered to initially configuring the policies and settings. even without support you can select the recommend setting to ensure maximum protection.

Not much to dislike. To be very critical i would say at times report extraction can be slightly challenging.

Lack of visibility and skilled personnel to take appropriate action when alerted.

The reporting is not user friendly and not easy to understand.

My experience with Sophos
What do you like best about the product?
Sophos was extremely easy to setup and very configurable. There are many extremely useful features for finding and removing suspicious files, I really love the threat graph that mimics what VirusTotal does. The email section of Sophos is really easy to use and very intuitive!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only downside with Sophos is that I wish there were more reports I could give to our executive team. I also wish the dashboards was more interactable.
