What do you like best about the product?
it is a learning platform especially for me. i find it quite interesting and very useful since i just started my own business, the Cafe Cheff Hubba. I learn marketing startegy, financial management, strategic human resource and i do look forward to new lessons so i can continue learning and enhance my knowledge easily at anytime,normally at night after i close my business for the day.
it is so flexible especially for seasoned learners, very comprehensive too.

What do you dislike about the product?
nothing much to be honest, as the language medium is in english.
in fact, the quiz is quite hard and tough, but you can re-do the test as much as you want until it kept your highest desired score.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i once encountered access problems but it was resolve in less than half a day.

The most i faced that was the paid version because i learned on financial aid but its not for full course.

The main problem you are not provide free courses.If you provide most courses unpaid with certification then business growth and traffic on the website is growth of business.

Coursera can consider revising the pricing structure for educational institutions, especially considering the large groups of students. Tracking and analytics, at times, lack depth in areas such as engagement metrics, which are vital for customising support to students who may require extra guidance.

I dislike the fact that there is no live chat stupport. I wish Admins can get help on the go when needed apart from regular email support.
