What do you like best about the product?
* Push notifications are easy to configure and schedule across all channels, such as mobile, web, email, and SMS
* Able to segment your target audience by location, activity, engagement, etc.
* Very easy to install, set up, and get started - even for beginners
* Powerful analytics enables you to track push notification performance
* Has an API that enables convenient integration with other platforms and services
* Has detailed product documentation with guides and best practices to get you started
* Has a free version and paid versions are affordable

What do you dislike about the product?
* The only thing that I wish could be improved is that the mobile app could be improved with additional features to improve mobility and user experience. Other than that, I have no complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main business problem that OneSignal helped us solve is tapping into our audience and developing user engagement with a cost-effective and powerful push notification solution. It helped us increase our web traffic, improve communication, and build loyalty. Great provider for push notification
What do you like best about the product?
The software easy to use and many documentation and tutorial there to refer if got any issue. And support team also very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing that I dislike. Everything run smooth and meet my project requirement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My business required the app push notification. One Signal help me to fulfill all the requirement compare with other provider. One Signal more effective and suppress most of the limitation .

Team can review the plan price. But most of the services in free plan is enough for me to use.
An absolute MUST for anyone in business wanting to build their audience!

I honestly can't think of anything that I dislike. Even the cost - I have used this service for free for years. They have since started charging for the same but even then, it is worth the fee.

We only took a few minutes to install the software and started sending visitors push notifications to keep them coming back. It is amazing that it can handle a large volume of user cases with flexibility and reliability and ease of use. I can customize notification delivery and opt-in process for visitors with ease.

I had a problem with the plugin for WordPress and it became difficult getting technical assistance.
