Very thorough information provided
What do you like best about the product?
Brit provided so many documentation on workarounds to help solve my issue. The rep mainly drove it on her own intuition to provide beyond and above what I was asking for. This opened doors I didn't know exist in targetting our users better. I now have a lot of material on hand and can better utilize the functions to create segmentation on a far more detailed viewing. Thanks Brit!
What do you dislike about the product?
The exported reports are not language friendly. We create msgs in Arabic and English, but do not see the characters during export.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying how to target users from a very detailed consumer behavior. The help adddressed above made the issue I was trying to solve for beneficial.

Proper data processing policy
What do you like best about the product?
I was impressed by the effectiveness of the user's consent management.
You can use the SDK in a non-invasive way by waiting for user consent before even loading, and it makes it equally easy to suspend data processing and delete user data.
The API documentation is precise and immediate.
Great to have a dynamic preview of the messages as the users will display them on different platforms. Same for the reminder of which features (e.g., big image or no image at all) you can leverage depending on the medium.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would much appreciate first-party support for SMS and an easier Notify Button customization/localization.
In order to be even better, the API documentation could use some inline examples, or a link to an example for each feature.
A great added value would be being able to filter tags in a more sophisticated way. If the developer could write a custom function evaluating the value of tags, they would have the maximum control over their audience, in a much more concise and less error-prone way than though a DLC expressing AND and OR clauses.
I often alias development servers on localhost with ".local" domain names. It would be nice to be able to enable HTTP for testing on such aliases.

OneSignal's Support Help Stays With You Until Your Problem Solve
What do you like best about the product?
I am using OneSignal with a headless WordPress website. I like that I can seamlessly send push notifications of published or updated posts from the backend. I can then track how many people received and/or click on them in OneSignal's dashboard together with other analytics.
Besides the fact that this service is free for under 10,000 subscribers, their support staff, I dealt with Jenna, anna, and Gwen is the most helpful that I have experienced online. They consistently follow up on your progress until all your problems are solved.
Kudos to one signal and its support staff.

A lot of documentation that can be a bit overwhelming at first but the support staff are willing to point you in the right direction.

Seamlessly sending push notifications from a headless WordPress website. It works as expected; the messages contain the feature image and title of a post and link to the post.
Easy Installation and Superb Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
I was wary of how quickly OneSignal says a user can get up and running, but they are right. Within an hour, I was sending out our first push notifications. And when I ran into a snag, the support team--specifically Brit--jumped in and answered all my questions. Bottom line: easy, fast, and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, nothing. But as I use the app, I'll know more and will report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding ways to continually reach an audience is a challenge. I needed another venue of communication, which is why I turned to OneSignal.
Game changer for our blog
What do you like best about the product?
Our readers are very engaged. One signal provides an incredible way to KEEP them engaged. It's especially great for breaking news when we are trying to beat other outlets to the punch. I like the easy integration with WordPress. I also love that OneSignal makes it easy for us to maintain our list (removing unengaged users and tracking clicks). Additionally, OneSignal makes manually unsubscribing easy for our customers with a widget located directly on our site.Their customer service is also awesome - they fix any issue we have with the service within a couple of hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing that I would say I *dislike* about OneSignal. Wouldn't mind if it was just a tad cheaper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We launched our first blog last year and honestly had no idea what we were doing. One Signal was vital to our ability to get our traffic numbers up in the early months before SEO kicked in and is essential for directing massive hoards of traffic now. And I can't necessarily PROVE this claim - But I swear many of the articles we've pushed using OneSignal have also ended up Google Discover just hours later. Probably unrelated BUT it's enough of a coincidence to have me sending "pushes" every day.
OneSignal improved communication factor in organization and project management
What do you like best about the product?
I like best that OneSignal has greatly brought a positive impact in our organization whereby it has offered a reliable base for sending information in a massive way, be it messages , SMS, push notifications, and emails which can be done simply all at a very short time thus creating good and powerful links rather connections with customers

What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, the only inconvenience that supports engineers helped me with the application
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For several months I was working with an intelligent pillow and needed to notify the user every time the pad ended specific tasks.
One Singal I use to send notifications to users since Firebase was not compatible with the version of the Framework with which I am working.

Simple to use but a complete tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and to learn how to do it.
The SDK gives a lot of possibilities for integrations and allows a deep customization in push or in-app notification. We are mainly using it for push notifications, but we will further explore other features

What do you dislike about the product?
It could be more intelligent by showing the performance of the messages. The dashboard should allow more types of date views, like a weeks or custom dates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me sending notifications quickly and analyze the results. We're monitoring our user engagement with our app, and they seem to be more engaged when they receive our communications.
