Excellent program
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly organized, and the UI makes sending push notifications a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is currently nothing about OneSignal that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of sending messages to segmented lists and utilizing the data we receive to inform future decisions are some of the benefits we've realized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a service like this, OneSignal is the best choice.

What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal was easy to learn & use. I was new to the marketing team and unfamiliar with most of our tech stack; One Signal was the easiest tool to adapt to. We could count on our push notifications to bring more traffic to our site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wasn't sure if I was making the most out of the tool. I knew there were some more sophisticated features (like segmentation) but didn't necessarily feel like I understand how to use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal allowed us to diversify the way we were reaching our blog audience. Especially during COVID, this was one of the best ways to reach folks with new, fast-changing information.
Being a media to engage users this is the best thing ever that has happened to us.
What do you like best about the product?
We use the web-push the most. The upside is that we are a news media company. And can send breaking news alerts and developing stories to users to stay ahead of what is happening in our country.
What do you dislike about the product?
We dislike the pricing. It's a bit confusing.

99% of our visits are from mobile users. With a click of a button they are subscribed to the webpush platform. By pushing out important and developing events we have increased our user base to our website
Simply the best push notification service
What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal is really easy to integrate on our websites and mobile application. It offers beautiful widgets to collect subscribers. We are able to send automated push notifications to our subscribers as soon as some event is triggered. OneSignal is capable of delivering notifications across all major browsers including Safari and Yandex. It can also deliver notifications via Email and SMS making it a most versatile push notification service. It has a free plan to get started and paid plans to take customer engagements to the next level. OneSignal also offers a powerful API allowing us to completely automate the subscription and notification process.
What do you dislike about the product?
OneSignal is a software as a service platform, which we cannot host on our own private server making our information less private.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As OneSignal promptly delivers our content to the targeted list of our subscribers as a push notification on their smartphones and browsers, we don't have to spend time sharing news and offers manually via social media, emails, and ads. With its reliable and automated notifications, now we can focus more on creating great content and spend less time marketing it. OneSignal has helped us to grow our list of subscribers, reach more audiences, and drive more engagements leading to more sales and revenue.

It's an easy, free, and fast push notification service with powerful APIs and extensive third-party support.

Depending on your stage it can get a little expensive but it can generate significant ROI. Our conversation improved materially after using OneSignal.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and integrate with website. Allows for various segments targeting and customized notification delivery for different recipients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Max. 6 segments for Free account. I need to edit my segment every time to send it out to different target users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Was trying to capture potential users in case they did not convert via our PPC campaign. Onesignal allows retargeting to those users.
