Great support
What do you like best about the product?
I have requested support as I wasn't sure how to create a few segments and Jenna has been fantastic. She created the segment I needed and sent me the 1-4 steps on how I can do this myself. She was clear and concise and followed up on my reply. I have been impressed with her knowledge skills and willigness to help.
Any company would be lucky to have her!

Nice notification service
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, reliable, and has a good success rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not possible to find a message by user device and this is a hindrance when we try to identify a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use onesignal to send pushs to improve the communication with our user.
Not a large enterprise solution.
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the UI is great but sometimes too simple. Setting up sends is straightforward and can be easily taught to others. I think this is on par with competitive platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is ambiguous, the UI doesn't consolidate messages triggered by the API under a single definition. They all could be put under one definition to make tracking campaigns easier. Throttling Vs Intelligent Delivery cannot be used at the same time and it is not easy to switch between the 2 depending on the spec of the campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to communicate via push while our preferred platform is making improvements to support the language our app is written in. Triggered push communications are an excellent engagement tool.

I like how easy to use and straightforward it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of the limitation on test emails. It is challenging to have a robust list of people to send tests to and get Push Notifications approved.

We use OnSignal to send our Push Notifications.

Almost everything about onesignal is great. However I like it best because it is really easy to use by clients who didn't have any degree in software usage.

Well, I still can't figure out any dislike about signal.

Onesignal is an easy to use tool, it is an aid to making really big task of handling push notifications and in-app messages plus user acquisition and user loss monitoring easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onesignal is really great. However, onesignal dashboard seems slow and most times, its taking lots of time to load data. If there is however a way this issue can be harnessed, it would really be great.

With Onesignal aid, i have been able to keep a clean monitoring / tracking in my user acquisition/ user loss analysis.

The most thing I personally dislike is we can't give access to the developer to integrate OneSignal with the application unless we assign him as administrator,
we don't want a freelancer or outsourced developer to have a look at the apps statistics

we engage our customers by sending recommendations of what they might be interested in, our new features, their subscription to a specific topic, trending content on the app, and new app release.

I really enjoy the interface to create campaign ads/modals, as the tools around it are great for product to build their UIs without much needed from engineering
What do you dislike about the product?
As an engineer and consumer of the OneSignal Android SDK, I do feel like some poor decisions make it tougher for me to build the best software I can. An example here is the OneSignal SDK initially letting me provide a custom implemenation for when a notification was received, but that was removed in a major version (I was between a rock and a hard place because I needed that functionality but I had to upgrade). Otherwise, I've been pleased with the interface and the documentation

Targeting specific users with campaigns has been useful and takes the burden off engineering to implement/control logic around, so that and push notifications have been very useful
Very Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal is reliable and delivers notifications within moments. It has been very easy and effective. The best parts are Automatic Delivery Time Optimisation, Ease of Dashboard Use. Additionally, they have great customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to analyse previously send push notifications. First-timers or entrepreneurs without experience may have a difficult time reading and analysing the notification performance, but watching tutorial videos might help. Additionally, the prices are a little bit high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great tool for marketers. It helps me generate important amounts of retention, create meaningful segmentation, automated notifications, personalized messages, timely scheduled notifications according to customers optimal time.

OneSignal is a great solution for optimized push notifications which will bring great retention and open rates.
