Good product, but lacks some features
What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration with existing products, either standard CMS like Wordpress or custom made apps
What do you dislike about the product?
Web dashboard is a little bit too "light" and lacking of some useful information
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Broad comunication with our clients as we all know that mail open rate is not great nowadays. Push com is the easiest way to transmit a message.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a good product and if gives what it offers. A little bit pricey but worth it.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are no issues, and the rate of pricing is too cheap. Our company is excellent thanks to sending quality traffic to your website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increase the interest of recipients. It allows us to find out what people are interested in in our project and what forms of communication are effective. More people became interested in our product, and our players are more involved in our game.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface of OneSignal is user friendly, easy and simple to use the tool. With the help of marketing data will be able to analyze the profits/loss percent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced anything like disadvantages when I used the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an ultimate tool wwho is looking to gain the large set of audience with the help of push notifications.Opportunity to do SMS marketing as well, the performance and the reliability of the software is literally brilliant

What do you like best about the product?
The UI & UX aspects of the "New Push Notification" are easy to understand and use. We don't have a specific tool for this feature. It's currently in a good position but c improved on some aspects.
What do you dislike about the product?
We should be able to see our scheduled push notifications in "Per users timezone" For example, I scheduled a push, and it will start sending them at 11.45 AM, and it will be delivered at 4.45 PM per users time zone. In the current UI, I can't see the delivery time. It's crucial because when I want to make some changes, I always do it on the delivery time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Push notifications are easy to schedule. UI and UX aspects are easy to understand for the newcomers in our company. Onesignal has improved our retention rates and revenue impacts

Improve your monitoring aspects; it's effortless to schedule a push notification in Onesignal, but monitoring the scheduled push notifications can be improved. You can use a UI like "Google Calendar" to see both delivery time and time of sending.

Look for the documentation, its all available there and it simple to use
New push creation and send are intuitive and easy

Send new pushes to our contacts base is really easy, even for those who don't speak English.

The work to divide submissions by interest is very technical and challenging for a layman to understand.

We can reach our clients in real time with excellent and personalized content and led them to our website.

The Billing Account is only available for the owner, which is really upsetting.

What do you like best about the product?
Messaging is the core to most SaaS platforms - and we need it everywhere. OneSignal helped us simplify our messaging delivery strategies without having to build our own - which allowed our engineers to focus on solving actual customer problems and pains - not rebuild another push notification, email, and sms platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only detractor type statement I can provide is sometimes the Push Notification certification tool does not work as expected, but retrying it often solves the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Today, we are using OneSignal to send Push Notifications to over 1M customers of the fitness studios on our platform via our Members App. Evaluating extending our relationship with OneSignal to utilize them for additional communications plumbing needs

For all things communication, if you're building software/SaaS do not waste precious engineering time building - build on top of OneSignal and focus on your client pain points.

Best Push Notification & Custom Email Marketing Solution Ever
What do you like best about the product?
Previously we have tried different kinds of things for push notifications on mobile & the web. Still, OneSingnal is something different & the best push notification solution ever on the Internet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about OneSignal, but this is addictive for any website owner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal helped us draw traffic to our latest content easily, and our user base has grown dramatically. We use it on both apps & websites. Our revenue has increased by 2.5X in the last two years. This is the best tool for customer acquisition using SMS, Custom mails, intelligent push notifications, etc.
