Easy to Use Push Platform

What do you like best about the product?
I love that OneSignal allows us to easily send push notifications through such an intuitive platform! The analytics and performance measurement of our push notifications through OneSignal is super accessible and is miles beyond Salesforce's MobilePush.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations are just about past the finish line. We use HubSpot for our Marketing Automation, and would love if OneSignal had a little deeper integration for the sake of all-in-one tooling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal is helping us communicate with our user base in a segmented, targeted, and relevant way through push notifications. Some platforms don't have this capability, or at least it is hard to enable, but we are able to execute on true personalization with OneSignal!

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely satisfied with the support provided by support engineer, Jenna Antilla. I asked many times for different things. And she replied each time politely and helpfully and explained to me with an example. And also Extremely thankful to OneSignal for providing a great support team and a great product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. Everything is just awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal has created the best platform for sending daily scheduled push notifications and the best part I liked is we can set all these by Rest APIs. Which saved our daily working hours and increased in revenue. Which was not easily possible in firebase push notifications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend all to use this product as it's a very easy and very helpful product.

What do you like best about the product?
I can do almost anything I need (platform integration, managing users, user insights, and the list keeps going).

I can't say, honestly, everything is awesome in OneSignal.

It wraps everything in one single place, we don't have to look around and use different services because we have them here.

Great and easy-to-use tool

What do you like best about the product?
The use is straightforward. However, if anything is unclear, the support team can be reached quickly and offers valuable assistance. We were in contact with Brit in particular. He was always friendly and helped us a lot, even in case of more specific questions. On a positive note, he quickly connected us with other support colleagues or even directly with the OneSignal development department after his knowledge was exhausted.
What do you dislike about the product?
We encountered a few bugs during our use, but they were limited to the internal usage of the tool only. Although we communicated bugs in the OneSignal tool in detail to the development department of OneSignal, the problem-solving by OneSignal was, unfortunately, sometimes prolonged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool allows us to set up targeted messages at any time without the need to involve the development department, which is a significant advantage. Furthermore, many customization options are offered, which was unfortunately not the case with our previously used tool. In addition, the messages are sent with the highest reliability.

Top Customer Support but still lacking some essential features

What do you like best about the product?
I really can't complain about the Customer Service! Every question I asked got answered in the best way possible, especially Brit took a lot of time to figure out work arounds for things I wanted to do. Whenever I'm stuck I get a helpful answer that points me in the right direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features I would like to use are still missing or need Engineering support to be set up. For the first months this has been fine but especially if you want to build more complex user journeys or flows it can get quite complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use OneSignal mainly for push notifications & In-App Messages. OneSignal is especially helpful for automated messages that just need to be set up once. We are also currently experimenting with User Journeys

While OneSignal offers a robust set of features, a more comprehensive API would be beneficial. Although their current API allows for basic interactions, having a more extensive and granular API would provide us with greater flexibility and customization options.

OneSignal solves the problem of effectively communicating with users by providing a comprehensive platform for delivering targeted and timely notifications. With the ability to create customized journeys, we can optimize our communication funnel at every step. This is particularly beneficial in our rapidly changing industry, as we can use journeys to onboard new users and provide relevant updates. By utilizing OneSignal's journeys, we ensure that our messages are delivered to the right users at the right time, leading to improved user engagement.

It's a fantastic all-around communication tool that is great for notifications. To get that extra analytical power, I recommend integrating it with a platform like Google Analytics or Amplitude.

What do you like best about the product?
One signal helps us retarget users that have already visited our website. We can reach them more easily, especially when there are new promotions and offers of desired products / services.
One signal interface is easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can highlight is that you cannot send automated web push notifications at a pre-defined date and time.
It would be great if they will release a feature allowing us to do so.
