A suitable mechanism for audience retention

What do you like best about the product?
It is free of charge. Not the main reason for purchasing digital products, but I recognize that OneSignal is excellent for being free. It tells me a lot about the effort the creators put into making their program work.
The customer service is fantastic. It responds quickly, even if it's a small team.
Centralizing all notifications is a good decision to save work for OneSignal customers.
Also, it is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any problems with OneSignal since I've used it, and I don't think it will happen. However, I want customer service preference because I am paying customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I create applications that can be integrated with OneSignal. Our customers are happy because they can manage all their application notifications from one intuitive software.
With the company, we use the software to improve our audience retention. Thus, we have been able to get customers to request improvements or make more recommendations to their acquauntances.
The work has increased along with the benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
Love it's versatility with monitoring our campaigns and knowing their performance.
Consistency tool with A/B testing.
Easy with personalization and intergration with third party app such a hubspot for lead tracking.
Easy to schedule for notifications at your opportune time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a great to for notifications although requires little skills to use but customer support is impressive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's was a great opportunity to engage our user directly which boost our income.
Consistency with A/b testing.
Reliable with personalization of our email to reach target audience.
Excellent with target of leads with their contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
the thing I liked is that we can integrate it with almost all the good tools and software and not only that but you can also use on various platforms like mobile and computers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think i only disliked the costing of onesignal because as I used it to push almost 40 push notifications it doesn't support that much design for the cost they are charging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the company we use various tools and softwares and while working we might miss some important notifications.So onesignal after integration help us to get and push notifications on various platforms.

The best way to retain customers

What do you like best about the product?
it is free of charge. It is not a decisive point when purchasing software, but OneSignal's features are very good for a free program.
The paid version has some improvements, but it is still affordable, and not everyone needs to upgrade.
Customer support is excellent, regardless of whether you are a paying customer.
The support is always of high quality, and they respond quickly.
The centralized system for all notifications makes it easy to manage our customer care.
It is easy to use software, so all our operators are trained in just a couple of hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any problems so far with OneSignal. The truth is that I can't have any complaints, although there could be drawbacks as it is a free program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing our customer service channels has been one of the best ideas to alleviate the worklead.
We can also send notifications to customers of the applications we develop to keep them interested. Thaks to this, we have increased the usage time of the applications, which has translated into higher conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
- I love the user experience. The control panel has a friendly and easy-to-understand interface.

- No need to touch the code on the website. The integration is simple and fast.

- Customer service and retention are much better than we expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
The page sometimes feels unoptimized and slow to load some sections. However, it is not a problem with our internet connection or our computers.

I also think there should be a simplified control panel, with the option to have only a few functions enabled, like shortcuts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As soon as we implemented OneSignal, we started to see an increase in sales, a better reception among our customers and decrease in the workload in the customer service department.

Customer acquisition improved too much for us. It means a better situation for us in every way.

Best platform to send and manage In-app notifications

What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite things with OneSignal is to send in-app messages and notifications to all our users. Our product's overall performance is hardly affected with the OneSignal integration which is a great plus for us
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes with OneSignal. The product's User Interface is very simple and any beginner can easily start using the platform from the get-go. Also, cost-wise, it is cheap
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apart from sending In-app messages, we also wanted to monitor the response to those notifications. OneSignal's detailed performance reports gives us great valuable insights which is very much needed by us

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I liked about Onesignal is that it is the best free push notification service available right now and pricing plans are even great with added support and it also provides me the necessary features for testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I disliked is that, it should have feature to remove inactive and duplicate subscribers and It will be great if the pricing plans for the small and medium businesses are there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Realibalitiy is the most benefitting to us every day which in turn increases the subscriber base and furthermore, many added customization options result in significant advantage.
