Beautiful design and resposnsive
What do you like best about the product?
Very nice designs and templates for in-app messages and notifications, which we really liked. I like how customers who use the free plan have many options that are certainly enough for basic things such as notifications and in-app messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that there are no applications through which I can send notifications and other things, I don't consider it a big minus, I believe that in the future an application will be made through which we will be able to do everything in the same way as through the web platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment, I didn't have any serious problems with onesignal, which surprised me the most, I thought there would be much bigger problems with the setup on application, however, it is very well explained through the steps of how to bind onesignal with the application, etc.

Customer Service Makes the Difference
What do you like best about the product?
The OneSignal team works closely with our developers to understand and optimize our account for best usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
OneSignal is a little pricey- but the return outweighs the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Push notifications across all of our divisions. Heavy emphasis on getting users to reengage with our digital products.
Dashboard is really good for notification trigger but could be improved for email messaging, inapps

Notification logic based on triggers, and user timezone option

Email creation dashboard could be improved, also inapp trigger expiry option would be helpful.

It is helping us to keep users warm by pushing meaningful notification and emails based there engagement
Dominick Bartenope at OneSignal provided excellent support.
What do you like best about the product?
I was having a problem getting the API to work in my application. Dominick was patient, thorough, and had good suggestions every step of the way. This has not always been the case with other vendors I've dealt with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing at this point to dislike. The problem was solved.

We are now able to send notifications to our cutomers through our app.

One Signal's free plan is best because new commerce people and students can use a super service.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing on my mind that I should dislike One Signal.

One Signal is resolving all kinds of problems related to Notification, I can easily share New Updates through Notification to the people, so it is giving us good benefits.
Customisable and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
Email and Push templates are very customisable and work seamlessly. Analytics is still not up to the mark, but it does the job. I like the email editor and in-app messages
What do you dislike about the product?
The data visualisation of it all. It is still not user-friendly. The functionality is top marks but the visualisation and analysis part of it is still a long way to go
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is boosting the CRM of our product. It brings in engagement through push, and email messages. So, I'd say a huge impact on engagement, feedback and monetisation.
Good product with great service
What do you like best about the product?
The product is straightforward to use. It just works. The best part is the support. We make a niche app with a lot of specific requirements and regulatory constraints. We recently ran into some complicated edge cases that we were struggling with. Dominick and Jon from support were very responsive and extremely helpful. Got us sorted out quickly. Really appreciate it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product isn't as feature-rich as some other ethers. But they are working on expanding it. Also, we like the simplicity of the smaller product.

What do you like best about the product?
As a solution partner, having a dedicated support team means more than just troubleshooting. OneSignal Support team provides insights and deep understanding of each situation, enabling partners to gain trust and competence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it requires more than one e-mail to address the situation, and the support team changes every interaction. but on flip sides, this means they are always trying to find the right person to answer the question and give value, not just replying for the sake of replying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Technical issue regrading FCM key. Jon from OneSignal Support provided real-time updates and followed up with the official dashboards providing transparency and due diligence.

User experience could be a little smoother.
