Super easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
That there is consitant improvements, and that it works really wel;l with my app! I also really enjoy that the product is something which works and really makes a difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there is many emaisl which I get from them, it is nothing which is too bad but it is not nice to get spammed by multi emails from the same client. This is what I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That we need push notifications w hich can be customized based on our product. This is cool I really lkike this feature and is something which I will continuet o use in the future,

It has been good for the most part. Some issues setting it up for expo react native on ios.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to register devices for remote push notifications, reasonable pricing and a decent sdk. All around a decent experience. Can't say much how it relates to other services however as this is the only one I personally have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small issues when setting up the sdk for expo and react native. Mainly on IOS some cocoapods versions made any reference to onesignal or other notifiction services crash the pod installation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal helps us send push notifications to our users and if needed prompt users with in-app messages.

I really like in-app notifications, because it allows me to create more personalized messages for users

I would only add that there may be a log of the notifications triggered by the api

It helps me get closer to users and be able to schedule segmented pushes by public

The help and support we receive from the team. They are always on hand to help with queries. If they do not know the answer then they always aim to come back with a response and alternative solution quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes some of the functionality is missing. One Signal is generally easy to use and intuitive, but because of this, there are some options that are not fully developed if more complex options are applied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating notifications and ease of creating newsletter-style notifications quickly and easily. Also having accessible and understandable analytics.

What do you dislike about the product?
- It could be easier to debug
- The security should be improved especially for the creation of the player (no Auth is required)
- Scheduling to multiple mediums can be difficult - for instance, we have to do separate notifications for our simple and voip notification in 2 apps

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Although the free plan does not offer dedicated support their engineer are very knowledgeable and willing to help. We faced an integration issue with Voip notification on Apple platform and thanks to Dominick of OneSignal we was able to resolve it. He provided us suggestions and a complete and clear video with all the steps to reproduce in order to correctly configure, send and receive Voip notification: we highly recommend him!
Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
The setup is easy. I finished setting up onesignal on my react app for iOS and Android within hours. Documentation is really helpful

The dashboard is a bit confusing. It took me awhile to find out where to do things

Sending a custom notification to app user and onesignal helps to achieve that easily

I mostly use Notification, so, The best thing about Onesignal is its admin panel and the features it provides. Notifications are speedy and rich with features like notification led, schedule, images management and all
What do you dislike about the product?
In the notification part, what I don't like is its admin panel related to Rest API. to be honest its worst. So many times i faced issue regarding not all the people get notifications, as example if 100 same mobile is registered so many time only 90% get it. Another thing is UX is pretty bad, as it shows all the deliveries `of messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal is solving my push notification issue well. Such a vast features-rich platform without needing to do any coding and free of cost is such a fantastic thing to have.
Somewhat oldschool feeling tools, but great support

The support is very prompt and have responded within minutes, making it easy for me to get past blockers
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is pretty janky in spots, making navigation in the app difficult and unintuitive.

Onesignal makes it easier to communicate directly to our users without having to rely on email.

Facility to send push notifications to your mobile users. Great technical support. Thanks to Dominick for all his help.

You can't have integrated email users and notifications push users in Audience, so you have two entries per user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending push notifications to users with relevant information for them.
A strenght to my audience OKRs
What do you like best about the product?
I find the tool very simple to use, I learned it quickly, and I know it has many features (although I haven't fully explored them yet). The growth of our audience on OneSignal has been meteoric, and is an excellent channel to spread information quickly and uncomplicatedly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, it does not offer the possibility of audience segmentation for sites developed in AMP technology, such as ours. This isn't good because part of our interest in having the web push service was to be able to talk to the audience in segments. Another thing that I miss is graphs of open rate evolution, for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Web pushes help us build an audience that is qualified and interested in what we have to communicate. This is very good because when Google notices that a lot of people are reading a certain content, it understands that it may be relevant to a larger number of people, and ends up promoting it. With this, we generate a positive spin so that more people find what we produce.
