What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setting up content in the provided channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue we always faced is the number of times onesignal was down. We can count at least once per 2 weeks where we were not able to access the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a OneSignal provider, I help my clients keep their users engaged by sending them push notifications about new content, special offers, and other updates that they are likely to be interested in. This helps to keep them coming back to their app or website.

What do you like best about the product?
Useful features that enhance user engagement such as journeys through multiple channels including Push Notifications, Email,SMS etc. The availability of AB tests and automated features also allow for more data-driven insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unsubscribe counts are not accurate. The count is not live as a push notification would have to be sent twice in order for a user to be counted as unsubscribed.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is super easy integration. Huge sdk support, well documented API and message templates are upsides of OneSignal
What do you dislike about the product?
We can only delete subscription but we want to delete devices sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending huge amount of notification at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about OneSignal is their simplicity and the kindness of their support. We needed about two days to finish the easier part of the integration which was the biggest part of it. The only thing that was left after that was that we needed to connect our backend with the APIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I currently don't like is the bug that OneSignal has on the main page. When you click the LogIn button the Registration screen has been previewed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal is solving our push notification request that we need to make for our client. The feature completed our request completely and definitely there is almost no space for improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing we like most to use OneSignal is that is easy to setup and generate value to the marketing objectives.
We're able to generate many leads distributing the audiences in our pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited account control is something that bother's me, but not a deal breaker. Could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inform our audience when our events start, sell products, upsell, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so simple to use that it was extremely easy to envolve other areas of the company to engage on it. They were able to send message, work integrations between One SIgnal and other tools etc. Also, We are having a great support from One Signal team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be more in touch with other One SIgnal clients and cases, specially the ones related to the business of my company. Specifically about the tool, I'd like to see more data oprtions in the Dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to engage studentes in our platform, such as comuicating academic milestones, that help them to keep the pace during the semester or the full course.

What do you like best about the product?
The API and SDKs were easy to integrate along with brilliant documentation.
Juan and Dominick also provide top-notch customer support for peculiar use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
My team had very few issues with the platform except when we made an upgrade to the SDK and the implementation details had changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team relies heavily on OneSignal for our notification service around our app when we realized it was easy to implement and we have fewer configurations to make.

What do you like best about the product?
Once I started to understand what OneSignal is and how to make it work for me, the power of the system astonished me. I'm simply using it today for web push notifications, although I can see migrating all my SMS and even some email over time. The web push technology is very flexible and powerful, it's literally kept me up at night dreaming of what's possible!
What do you dislike about the product?
I subscribed to OneSignal long before I took the time to understand and use it. The learning curve was surprisingly steep at first, but as soon as things started to "click", the power of it took hold. Their training and documentation are actually really good, but the very first couple of steps were daunting. I'm not even sure this is a negative, it's just a fact that it's fairly technical for a non-developer to understand and implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using OneSignal to deliver push notifications with deep links to our training website to our paying subscribers and to augment/replace daily training emails.
